Horrible. The wait are the worst. Rude, disrespect, walks away before I could answer. The meal I order, there was no bananas in stock. Changed to the roast turkey dinner, they brought me the sandwich. I explained what came in the dinner. They gave me the dinner with no garlic bread. No one checked on me. Half way through my dinner and yelling across the restaurant excuse me to get someone attention to ask for the garlic bread. They then tell me there out of the garlic bread. Worst meal ever.

The food was good. I wish the service was better. Our waitress was terrible. We ordered 2 kids waters,1 water for an adult and a Sprite for an adult... She didn't write down anything, walked away and came back mere seconds later asking what we wanted to drink again. After telling her again she went and grabbed our drinks and came back with water for the kids in glasses instead of plastic. This meant we had to keep them on the table beside us. We finally put our order in (again she writes down NOTHING), we wait forever for our food to come out.. She brings just the kids and mine, she tells us she'll bring me a refill of water and all of us silverware and then she disappears. My husband waited nearly 10 minutes for his food... During that time I have no water and we still don't have silverware. On the other side of the restaurant the waitress was on her personal cell phone having a discussion on Spanish with someone talking about how her son isn't going to live with her ex's white girlfriend. Real appropriate given that she's at work... Oh and her ONLY table is waiting for their final plate of food, water refill AND SILVERWARE STILL!. I had to get up and walk over to her.. Interrupt her phone call in order to ask for everything. She bright everything over except my husbands food...that still took an additional 5 minutes. Go out to dinner as a family and everyone is nearly done before my husbands finally gets there... His food came out at the end as the check was brought minutes after his food was delivered. If this woman spent half as much time taking care of her customers as she does on the phone... Things would have been way better. Please train the staff better!!

Came in for a quick bite while at the mall. First thing I noticed was a bit of a musty smell; not super strong, but still there. Restaurant had 4 diners, including myself, at the time. Melinda, my waitress, sat me down and took my order, she was very attentive and nice. Ordered the jalapeño burger with hash browns. Burger was quite good, hash brows however, were cold and hard; not good at all. Worst thing about the visit was that I was given 2 sets of utensils and both had dirty silverware, with food stuck onto them. That was very repulsive. Upon returning the second set of utensils the waitress went to the back and got me utensils picked out by herself. That was very nice of her. Other than the burger and Melinda's service, overall the experience was pretty disappointing. Worst thing about that is that it seems that cleanliness is the culprit; weird musty smell, dirty utensils, and there was also food on the floor from previous diners. It really wasn't that busy for onion rings, straw wrappers, and other unrecognizable food items to be on the floor underneath tables.

The service was terrible today. We were seated right away but the table was sticky/gritty. We asked for it to be wiped down and by the time the buser got to us our drinks were served so he just turned and walked away! The food took forever even though it was not busy at 2:30 pm on a Saturday. Not once did our server check on us after serving the food. My daughter's grilled cheese wasn't even melted, my toast had the tiniest bit of butter, the breakfast potatoes were overcooked, plus the sausage and bacon had obviously been sitting forever. We had to flag down other servers and ask them to get our server's attention. The man (owner, maybe?) at the register made no point to greet me or show any interest, just processed my check. Unfortunately, we won't be returning even though we looked forward to eating there and had planned it days in advance.
