Golden Wok

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. GAVE THEM AN ADDRESS AND THEY BRING MY FOOD SOME WHERE ELSE. The DRIVER CALLS ME AND ASKED FOR MY ADDRESS . I TOLD HIM ON THE PHONE THAT HE HAS THE WRONGand gave him the right one, he calls again. I say I do want the food his BOSS CALLS AND SAID HE WILL MAKE IT AND BRING IT. The box looks old like he drove all around CT.. and this little as PINT WAS $15 dollars. I will be bringing it back in the am asap! Don’t go there!

I usually order my food from here but today will be the last time for the past month I have order 3 times from this place it be 7 orders and I have made sure I tell the lady how Many orders exactly it is and even after she repeats the order and I tell her yes 7 orders we have to wait a whole hour for our food because clearly they have just one driver but what makes me upset is the fact that they always managed or let me make myself clear the lady that answers the phones manages to forget one order from 3 different times it be always one order missing then she tells me she forgot to write it down how do you forget if you literally repeated yourself. The food is great but the customer service is not good I been waiting for more then one hour for my food to be delivered a total of 2 hours. Disappointed.

First let’s talk about how they’re cash only and don’t tell you that until you get there. Then the chicken wings are burnt, you only get 4 of them for about ten bucks per order. I had shrimp fried rice and the shrimp seem like they’re the tiny ones from the can out the grocery store. Also when you get to the store it seems like construction is going on. There are ladders and construction materials in the front of the store. This was the worst money I ever spent in Chinese food. I had never eaten at this place before. I’ll never betray my regular place again.
