Krispy Kreme

From a business that has been around 81 years, you expect consistency, quality, and overall good customer service. This location lacks all of the above and it is very sad indeed. Does the owner not care? I headed to the drive thru at 10am, excited to try the glazed confetti donut available for one week only to be told after waiting 7 minutes that they are sold out. No indication is provided they are making more or any sort of customer service. I grudgingly order another donut. When I arrive at the window, the employee hands me my two items at the same time and the bag w my donut falls to the ground. It is promptly replaced, but seriously - just patiently give me the bag. For a donut store that is constantly making donuts to be out of a donut is unacceptable. The employees don't seem to care. This is poor management that has been going on for some time and will ultimately lead to the demise of this location.

Sinning never tasted so good. I stop by next door to eat dinner and as I was leaving that restaurant I saw the world famous Krispy Kreme donuts. Just like ol Nostalgia, I had to stop and get a 3 donuts to go box. So soft warm and sweet. These things should be illegal but there not. This is one of the hidden pleasures in this here old world. Really good donuts, but the service was pretty bad. I asked for a 6 count box and after listing just three donuts she told me the box was full. I was wondering how but I decided to just do a dozen to get the other flavors I wanted. Turns out she gave me 4 of one donut for some reason and that’s what filled the box. And then she gave me this crumbled mess of a donut? Plus my donuts with filling were only half filled. It tasted great but the experience was... lackluster

Disappointed only the drive thru was the only thing open when their listing on Google clearly states the dining room is open. We drove an additional 12 miles so we could dine-in. That aside, the donuts were good but would have been great if they were hot. Oh well, you can’t win ‘em all. It’s Krispy Creme. Y’all know what you’re getting when you come here. Enjoy.

Staff didn't smile even when I smiled at them. Heck they didn't even look at me but they sure looked at my money. They never said hello or thank you before I left. Manager looked like a homeless man. When I called to complain about my screwed up order, the girl answered the phone."hello. I expected her to say, Good Morning, Krispy Kreme". Not! Then when I asked for the manager, another girl came to the phone. I asked her to turn down the radio because I couldn't even hear me much less her. Had to ask her 3 times to get the manager. Then when he finally came to the phone, he kept blaming the drive through speaker for the wrong order. I was the only one in the drive through. If the speaker didn't work well they should have asked me to drive up to the window to place my order. My order was for 3 chocolate covered creme filled and 2 blueberry cake donuts. I got 2 whipped creme filled will some kind of orange icing with sprinkles. I hate sprinkles. And the 3 creme filled were about the size of a half dollar. No wonder the place had no other customers. I will never go back there again. Put me in a bad mood for the start of my day. Oh, and the manager never said, "sorry". Burger King just down the street has delicious breakfast croissant sandwiches for a great price. And they smile.

Showed up this morning at 5:30 to get my $1 dozen of donuts. Krispy Kreme was not prepared for business today. It was 6:38 before I was able to get my donuts. I had to wait 38 minutes after the store opened to get donuts. I was early and at the front of the line. How are you going to run a special and not be prepared. They also only have one person running the drive thru and counter. It’s very sad that the store manager has no idea how to run his store. Not to mention counter lady is rude because they are not prepared. Thinking twice before I go to this Krispy Kreme.
