Pizza Hut

Service can be terrible at times. This is listed as my "home" Pizza Hut, on my online app. So tonight I ordered two 3-topping medium pizzas and paid for it all online. Order ready in 25 minutes, great. As my husband went to get it, had to come back home for his wallet because they told him it WAS NOT paid for. I looked up on our bank app, it was paid for. Husband goes back, and it still took them 10 minutes of arguing that they don't do 3-typing pizzas, before they found our order. My husband finally walks out with our order 45 minutes after pickup t.

10 minute wait standing at the counter to be seated even though there's only 2 booths taken. Takes 20 minutes to get our drinks, and then we wait... and wait... and wait. Waited 45 minutes after getting our drinks and nothing. At this point were the only people there, listening to the staff laugh up a storm in the kitchen. We finally got up and walked out to seeing other employees outside. An hour and a half and all we got was our drinks.
