Burger King

DISGRACE AND DISGUSTING!!! Waited nearly 10 mins for food. Chicken royal (supposed to have mayo and lettuce) as you can see by the photos discoloured lettuce and Bearley any in ! And the same for the whoppa. Stale bread! Fries clearly re fryed. All food only just warm. There was a que of people waiting for their food. Honestly this place is going down hill rapidly! And for the staff well where do I start! Couldn't give a flying monkey, clearly don't want to be there !

Went in quite late for an eat in meal. Had the bacon double combo for 2 with coffee and a mixed box for £15, which was quite good value for the quantity of food. However, due to the number of delivery orders coming in the crew were finding it difficult to cope. That meant the burgers came only just warm and we left the coffee. I've been here several times while traveling and the food quality has been much better. As I've commented in other fast food reviews since traditional eat in or take out restaurants have embraced pre-order and home deliver food quality and service has nosed dive. Unfortunately our experience here reinforces this observation.

Stopped to treat myself as I very rarely get the opportunity to visit Burger King, was offered ketchup to go with my meal but I asked for some mayonnaise instead to which I was informed that they DO NOT supply this basic condiment but instead could supply me with some spicy mayonnaise for an additional fee which I declined & asked to talk to the manager who obviously did not take my complaint seriously as he stood smirking from the other side of the counter. I left to go to my vehicle and noticed that there was no fries in my meal when I got there, upon returning to the establishment I requested my missing food and told the staff members my food was now practically stone cold, I was told that another burger would be prepared which it most definitely WAS NOT as I was the only customer at the time & watched them take the burger & onion rings (of which there were only eight instead of the quoted nine), they just slid the items under the hot lamps & rebagged the food which was now very cold. Disgusting service and staff attitude, I most definitely shall never return
