Mcdonald's

Usually this McDonald's is the worst. You could ask them to double check your order before sending you off and they'll agree but the order always is either missing stuff or something is incorrect. HOWEVER, I was very surprised and satisfied during my last visit. I got my whole order in one hand off !, And it was correct. The team members who gathered and made my order did an amazing job! That was a very good change! Also everything was made and portioned perfectly! My visit was 5-29-22 between 5-7p.m. Also I I should add the fact that I had a somewhat large order. I am super impressed!

I went to McDonald’s in Washington,IN at 12;30 I was surprised that the drive through wasn’t busy. Well I found out why. I ordered my food and was directed to pull over. I asked how long it was gonna be . She told me not long. I sat over in the employee parking lot for 20 mins and still didn’t not have my food. I went inside to get my money back. I was told well we are backed up. I told her if you wouldn’t take orders and pull people over you wouldn’t be backed up, that is just outrageous

The only reason I am leaving a one star is because there is no option to go less than that. They can’t even put a slice of cheese on a cheeseburger they seem to wanna mess up your order and lock the door so you can’t get in. During the day I get smiling faces and a correct order but you can tell the night shift manager is NOT doing their job correctly! Get it together McDonalds! This is a favorite restaurant by many kids…let’s do better! If you don’t wanna be there then simply don’t go! Your attitude and service reflect onto others!

I went a to about to 9 pm. Both drive thrus were full of cars, I saw curbside sign. And it said "about 5 minutes skip the lines , skip the wait'. I was there 30 minutes and a friend who I had worked hard with that day was waiting and thought I blew him off and wasn't showing up. Caused huge rift in relationship as a trust issue. Very displeased w time frame.
