Leo's Pizza

It USED to be a solid place to go for food. As of late, the prices have gone up (semi understandable with supply problem going on), but they don't give the delivery driver the instructions I asked them to, and to top it off after he got here and hour and forty five minutes later, the pizza was cold and missing a topping, that I was charged for. I even listened to the girl read it back to me with said topping, so I know she heard me. Disappointed in what used to be a decent place. Will have to start looking elsewhere

Ordered online which is very clear and easy to understand. They not only forgot to make one of our pizzas, but then pretended they were making what we PAID FOR and had ordered online….. when we got them home we found they had just made whatever they wanted and it was not what we had ordered at all. Total rip off. Won’t be ordering from them ever again.

I ordered cheesesteak, which was told to me there was not much flavor. My son's burger is pink in the middle. Nobody asked me how I wanted the kids burger cooked which I figured would be well done bc I never had any burger for kids pink like this. I immediately called and talked to a girl taking orders to let her know my son's burger was really pink. She said let's see what we can do for you, I said I'm not looking for money back just something for my son another time because I'm just going to share my food with him because it's to pink for a kids burger. Is it my fault for not saying how I wanted it maybe. Again never thought to say bc usually I'm asked how I want the meat and it didn't dawn on me and figured it's a kids burger it's going to be well done or at least not pink! I finally asked to talk to the manager instead of the middle person bc it was really annoying just not speaking to a manager about this. He said I have to specify how I wanted it, I said it's a kids burger and I was never asked so of course I didn't think it would look like it does... VERY PINK. He used an example of McDonald's I had to chuckle a little bc McDonald's will be well done, that was a horrible example and comparison. OK well 3 kids ordering over phone, nobody asked ME how I wanted it and he said it's cooked medium unless specified! WHAT! Never in my life. Point is how he dismissed what I said maybe even made the suggestion of putting especially on the kids menu to specify how you want it or it will be medium he said no I don't have to bc I've been working here for 11yrs and everyone who comes in knows that...well I didn't. I wish I read the reviews before picking this place bc I wouldn't have ordered then. All the bad reviews I can see 1st hand now and wish I didn't have to experience this. We and some others won't be going or ordering along with all the other bad reviews all bc he wouldn't make it right for a disappointed customer. That's all it could have taken, he made it seem like he was so much better then anyone! So hopefully this will be enough so you can avoid a bad experience yourself! Dicolas is the way to go which I would have but I though they were closed :(

I normally really like your food but they do not read the special instructions. This last time I ordered (today) I asked for a THICKER crust and NOT TOO WELL DONE. Want to know what I got? Over cooked, super thin crust, and whole wheat crust! They also give you the option to either leave it on the doorstep or deliver as normal when you order online. I NEVER click the leave at my doorstep because I do not trust that someone might take it. The delivery driver has left it on the doorstep the past two or three times I have placed an order. I am very disappointed and don't know if I will be returning any time soon.
