Usually love to get the tacos for lunch, but everytime I go to this location I get half empty tacos, that are stale, flat, and full of wilted lettuce. It’s like they let them sit out all day and then sell them to customers, it’s super gross.

We went through the drive-thru on Sat. and ordered two coffees at 4pm. There were five cars in front of us and it took us 31 minutes to get to the window. While waiting, a man actually got out of his car and went to the back door to complain and caught the cook on his phone. He asked him to do his job and went back to his car. We continued to sit. I finally got to the window and was given no apology and no reason for the wait. I politely tried asked the girl at the window why they hadn't, at least, pulled the car in front of me around since I had only ordered drinks. A woman with an immediate attitude came to the window asking what the problem was. I explained again and was told, we can't just be having people take food out all the time. (This is common practice at every other fast food establishment but this one?) I said, but you had me wait 31 minutes for drinks and had you at least pulled that car around it would have saved me ten minutes. She then blamed the girl being new and being short staffed. She was overly rude and took zero accountability and I'm pretty sure SHE was the manager. The cook being on his phone was the actual issue. Her not caring about people's time and not being able to take any criticism was the other. I was still nice to her and got nothing but attitude when I should have been the one that was upset. I pulled away so I didn't say anything rude, even though I felt I had the right to do so. Training needs to happen at this place because Chick-fil-A can get four lines of cars through in less time than it took them for five cars AND they don't treat their patrons poorly. Do the job you're paid to do and stay off your cellphone and the establishment would run smoother. Everywhere else in town has friendly employees but this place. Do yourself a favor and go to one of them instead.

This place is awful. Unless you love spending 25 minute in the drive through and get cold food. Possibly even the wrong food then you call to ask if you can get your order but they never answer. And you don’t want to wait another 25 minutes wasting your time with this terrible place. Worst fast food in Franklin country

The "manager" is one the most unprofessional and unkind humans. NOT MY PROBLEM YOU ARE SHORT STAFFED! I would've Gladly waited a lil longer, had they been polite about it.

They couldn't understand the order so the order was wrong.
Then I waited in line waaaaaaaaaaay too long for the food.

This place should be shut down. They refuse to hire help and the lobby is never open. Food can be a 30 minute plus wait before you recieve your order. Avoid this place.
