Jimmy Johns

Worst experience and customer service. Ordered 2 Slim sandwiches for the kids with only meat last night and asked for cucumbers & banana peppers on the side and had no problem... (I also order these same sandwiches at other JJ without problems) Went back today and ordered the same thing and was told I couldn’t have veggies on the side. I stated, I ordered this same meal last night and it was fine, the fella with curly hair told me the guy was a new manager and shouldn’t have done it for me... insisted I couldn’t have veggies on the side. Terrible customer service & I will never eat here again.

Accuracy of the orders for delivery have some problems! Forget extra napkins, wrong sandwich, forgot my drink.... Stuff like that, that frustrates you but their food is great. OH yeah, I ordered a sandwich once and it came to me with the wrong one. Then they asked for it back, I guess to prove I wasn't lying.

Everything was perfect except for one thing. I ordered online and left a special request to send colton so I could give him kisses. They didn't send colton. He never got his kisses. It makes me wonder if jimmy John's even cared about their workers. I don't know when I will see colton next so god only knows when I will be able to give him the kisses he so dearly deserves. For all i know, someone else is out there giving him kisses. I shudder at the thought. When they delivered the very nice man said colton wanted to come and get his kisses but couldn't. But now I find out they never even told colton about my order. Excuse me!? I tipped 20% for THIS?! I would have waited a lifetime for my dear colton. I would have given up "freaky" in the "freaky fast". Just "fast" would have been just fine. My heart yearns for him. Deeply heartbroken by Jimmy John's Inc. I was truly freaked out by how fast the service was though. I would even say I was terrified by how quickly my sandwich arrived. 10/10 will order again
