I've heard about Pulque for a few years now and although I don't think I'll ever get over the replacement of Smokey Duck or Slam burger, I was very surprised by how good this place was. Clean tables, nice atmosphere, friendly service, and quick chip replenishment (👌🏼😘). The flavors were good, and the steak on the carne asada was fresh, however I would have liked a bit more seasoning. The salsa and warm homemade chips were good, a bit spicy on the salsa but I'm a lightweight, so I can't complaint. Salsa Verde was delicious!

First time back since they opened. No reason for not going back. Food was excellent both times. Language barrier a little bit with the server, but everyone was very nice and attentive! Would recommend to anyone! If you park close to building, parking can be an issue sometimes if the are busy, but is another lot that is wide open.
