Outstanding experience! From the food (most important), atmosphere, and the owner. Owner was very personable. Me and a co-worker stopped in by luck, good luch that is. We had an idea of what we wanted, but the owner wanted to open us up to other options. We had the time so he began explaining some of the cooking processes, different ingredients, next thing I know I'm eating a meal that I didn't plan on....I don't think I could've gone wrong though! Tri tip was tender and cooked perfectly, pork rinds had and amazing and not too salty seasoning, but a good hard crunch, the Cowboy tater salad...WOW, this was outstanding! Do yourself a favor and stop in and see Bruno and enjoy some great food!

Went for the first time today and already know we'll be going back again. Totally awesome. Had a rack of ribs, some brisket, Mac and cheese, and beans. Loved it all! Beans had meat and a little kick, almost a child:-) As I said we will be back! And SOON, there's tons of stuff on the menu we want to try.

Amazing food! Come for great comfort food and for southern twists on traditional favorites. Probably the only place in Washington to get many of the items they offer in the styles they use. We've also used them for catering for work parties, lots of food for a great price. awesome variety of soda's from around the country. They're always adding new menu items.
