Vegan approved!! My healthy wrap consisted of hummus, avocado, romaine lettuce, rice, black beans, and tomatoes. It was filled with goodness and aHHmazing flavor!! I give this Hummus Veggie Wrap two thumbs up! 💚

Excellent customer service and great food. There was a miscommunication with my order and the manager Cindy cheerfully made it right. I like the way they treat there customers. There is an upbeat friendly vibe every time I step in the door. Highly recommended this Tropical Smoothie location.
The manager, Cindy or Sydney I can’t remember she is the right person in the right place. Such an excellent customer service. She leaves her spot and come talk to the customer making sure everything‘s OK. Very smart and intelligent. She knows how to deal with different culture people, she should be more than one location manager such a great heart, I came with my sister who is visiting from New York She was impressed by the excellent customer service in the small shop. She even ask Cindy if she can come and manage her restaurant in New York. Please recognize this lady such a warm heart. We need more people like her in this country. Thank you your customer.Amel

The wraps are also amazing, and the sides are healthy and tasty, as well. I haven't had the sandwiches, but based on the wraps I have a pretty good idea of what I'm getting. Prices can be a little high depending on what you're going for, but it's worth it to me. Another place that I visit only occasionally due to distance, but every trip is worth it.
Smoothies and wraps are consistently good, which is consistent with my experience at other Tropical Smoothie locations. However, more often than not, the workers at this location have been less than courteous. Compared to my experience at other Tropical Smoothie locations, it appears that these workers are not as well trained in how to provide good customer service. It's not awful, but definitely substandard.
Miamisburg Middle School PTA would like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Cindy and her amazing staff for the AWESOME JOB they did fulfilling our very large order for various smoothies for Teacher Appreciation Week.. Great smoothies, good food. A healthy stop for meals that is fast but not junk. I like the Detox Island Smoothie w pea protein added. If you ask, they have re-usable cups in the back and you get a discount if you bring them back in to get refilled. Great deal and environmentally friendly!
