Nice Indian restaurant in down town DC with a vast menu. They have affordable launch options as well. All the dishes we tried were really tasty. Enjoy the background Indian music. That’s a must here😁

How lucky am I to love 2 blocks from this place. Have been here a few times now and it never disappoints. Cant go wrong with the Butter chicken, Chicken curry, and this delicious Chili Chicken with all the vegetarian sides. There are other menu items thats a must try as well.
The restaurant is clean and the staff are very nice. The best part of getting food here is the manager Zameer!!! Very delightful person and a people person who loves to take care of his customers. Plenty of regulars come to eat here.
So stop by and eat some tasty food! My dinner takeout was worth every penny Yummy!!

Amazing food!!!! We are on vacation from Colorado and we discovered this restaurant our first night here. It's so good! Our kids hadn't had Indian food yet and they now want to visit India! The service couldn't be better - our server even remembered us! We can't get enough; this is our second visit and we are planning another visit before we go home.

Ended up here by accident as it’s very near our hotel and the place we were gonna go across the street ended up being closed, but I’m so glad it was. They offer buffet style Indian food. I had the tikka masala with cauliflower and mushroom cashews. All were delicious. Could’ve been a little spicier. The service was wonderful.

Update: Went the very next day to find they close at 4pm. The sign says so. Food was OK. Like most other places it is managed by latinos. Not a big fan of their fusion pizzas. Few other dishses are OK for a quick lunch while in DC.
On a weekday evening they were closed at 4:30 pm. Which I had to find after walking a mile. Please correct your timings.

Came here for lunch on a Friday. As a group we ordered three Chicken Tika sandwich rolls and two buffet combos.
The wait time to order food was long as they were quite busy, we also had to wait almost 20 minutes to receive our rolls. We took our food to go, and were sad to find that what we got wasn't what we ordered. All three rolls we received had no Chicken Tika in them, instead grilled chicken with zero Indian spices in it. The closest to India that we got with the rolls was that they were wrapped with Naan bread. I was somewhat confused by how long it took to get our food based on what we got.
The redeeming qualities of the meal were the fries and the chutneys, especially the mango one. Generally speaking not a great first impression, and I likely won't be back anytime soon.

Naan and Beyond is just beyond the expectation. The restaurant was clean and neat. I took the veg option with Channa and Eggplant curry which comes with rice and Naan. The food was delicious and fresh. The Naan was just delicious and fresh, its like having it in home. The person was in the serving was responsible and polite. I strongly recommend to visit for better, cheaper and delicious Indian food.

Very Nice restaurant and delicious. Friendly and accommodating. Let my friend taste test to be sure the food he was considering wasn't too spicy. It wasn't. Perfect amount of heat to sweet ratio. And for those that are picky about their rice.... The rice here is very good. Easy to find location. Walk up order cafeteria style so you view what you're about to dine on. Meat and vegetable lunch. We will be visiting again.
