I went to this shop on 10/8/2021 a little before 8AM. The kindness of which the staff and manager treated me brought tears to my eyes. It made my day and made me feel as though I needed to pay the kindness forward to someone else today. Thank you again.

I love Einstein bagels. But the people that work there with the exception of a couple of people, are RUDE , NO CARE IN THE WORLD ABOUT YOU OR WHAT YOU ARE ORDERING. And you would think management would take a close look at this but you are wrong because this is INCLUDING management. This same thing keeps happening over and over and over again. I would stop going to this bagel place and go to the bagel place just across the street a little bit down from Jimmy John's.

The bagels and sandwiches with bagels are very good, with a variety of cream cheese (called schmear) flavors available. The problem is that everything is rather expensive, down to the coffee.

Well, I was told that they have the best coffee in the neighborhood but I'm not going to find out because they don't offer soy milk. That's disappointing.

For the price, go somewhere else. The food was Ok. Service was a hot mess. To be in such a great location, they could offer so much more!
