The customer services on a A+ ,☆ level. This lady be by herself every time I come to this restaurant. Subway as a sandwich shop is incredible, fresh. But the owner must dont know what goes down at his store. The everything as she dont have a title ,cause she literally do it all, and I mean all. But he/she owner need to promote her to the highest level he has to offer plus a raise for every position she does. And the sandwich be A1 on point and delicious..

I didn't even want to give it a 1 star. Its no stars for me.! This store has false advertising! They'll charge YOU A COMBO PRICE AND YOU WONT EVEN GET A CHIP AND DRINK! THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND TALKS OVER WOMEN! I ASKED FOR A MANAGER WHEN I CALLED ONCE AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME. THIS FOOD IS NOT TASTY NOR FRESH AND A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

Staff is very nasty! And food is not worth the money ! I didn't even want to buy anything but i was hungry & took one bite and spit it out. Three food away and went to Jimmy John's.Where i should've went the first time!!!

Such bad service. The only subway I have ever gone to that refused to substitute a tortilla, in place of bread. I was so disappointed. Whatever you do AVOID this place!

You gotta be in the mood to deal with hood, disrespectful and no good employees when deciding to come get some food from here. Oh and they close whenever they feel like it, hours of operation say they close at 8pm but by 6:30-6:45pm the was closed (1/19/2021)

So, I completed the survey for a free cookie during my next visit. The elder woman closing that day. Gave me s cookie that taste like onions. She hadn't changed her gloves. She also appeared hesitant to even let me get the cookie. Saying next time repeatedly. At first I thought it was a language barrier. However, she simply didn't want to assist me not only would think the free cookie, she seemed displease to make my two sandwiches during the final hour.

The best customer service and I go to UDC about graduate from there with my Business degree. I really love the way the worker Oko treated me in there every morning I come in there for breakfast!!! I think the Boss should give her a raise!!!!🙌🙌Good customer service we need more employees like her!!!

Staying in anacostia, I have frequented this shop often. The employees are friendly and are always well prepared. Subway is lucky to have such great employees!
