This place is on and off. Sometimes I get great service/food and other days they are all over the place and can't handle a crowd. People that come in after you end up getting their order before you. They never seem to have any glazed donuts.

A clean and efficient shop with courteous service. Do we go back for the pumpkin spice or the excellent staff? Both!
Quick side-recommendation: try the frozen pumpkin spice coffee product. While the weather in DC hasn't been evocative of the Halloween or Thanksgiving season (pumpkin spice season) the frozen product combats the recently overheated weather a bit better than the latte.

Great for a quick visit,
I had toast and a donut with a drink, I'm not sure what it would be like when it was busy but at 1pm on a Friday it was great.
Would go back here again.

Ordering in advance in the morning does little good. They are constantly behind. Last two mornings I have been here it has taken 15 mins + to make a large coffee.
