I have lived here for 5 years and until this year would have said great things about the building. They are trying to raise our rent 42% to “match” the nearby buildings despite not having the same amenities. They clearly don’t have any loyalty to current tenants. On top of that, our washer has been broken for nearly a month and they have barely tried to help including allowing an inch of sitting water to stay over the weekend when the washer didn’t drain. Go to the nicer buildings and likely get a better rate and better customer service.

This place is truly amazing. It is conveniently located. The amenities the community has to offer are unbeatable. The fitness center is my favorite! The maintenance and leasing office staff is very helpful and professional. The building Engineer Nolawie handles everything very professionally and with excellent communication. I am proud to call this place my home and my family and I would not want to live anywhere else.

I so thankful that I found the perfect place to call home now that I moved to D.C. I enjoy the location and the access to to everything close by. Im so looking forward to all the amenities the complex has to offer this summer. Last but not least I want to give a huge thank you to Ricki who works in the leasing office! He went beyond my needs helping me choose the perfect unit and I can’t thank him enough! Anybody out there looking for a nice apartment to live in this is the perfect place to be!

This place has spacious apartments with great views. I love the proximity of the building to public transit. The Manager, Ricki Wilson, was super helpful in showing me around and making me feel comfortable with my apartment home! The concierge staff is helpful and it has so much underground parking!!
