Good Food better then most chains. Service was very good she was so nicee the waitress. Washington DC is alright in my book!
Went with a friend of mine for lunch. I had the chicken and waffles. Large portions and very good indeed. She had pancakes, eggs and bacon. No complaints.

This place was not bad at all and similar to any ihop (just a great place to eat). The food was delicious and I enjoyed myself. I took myself here Saturday for breakfast. It may be in SE DC but was a great spot to dine. I love my steak and cheese and french fries, its the best!

I couldn't find one thing to criticize. My experience today was truly genuine, caring, and overall wonderful. Clean restaurant and restroom, professional, and food was fast and great. I'm always so nervous about chain restaurants, yet today was extremely pleasant.
My server Terrance says he's there everyday. Despite, from what I saw of him having multiple tasks and running around.. he was extremely polite, thoughtful enough to bring my daughter an applesauce and extra napkin, made a fantastic menu suggestion, offered me a tea to go ...just extremely accommodating.
Today, we went after church. It was a slow start to the ordering process but the waitress, Dawn, was as pleasant as she was helpful. She explained that there would be a wait and made sure to be honest about timing.
She got our orders just right and made our day. She's awesome. Overall the restaurant was clean and spacious.
I'd visit again.
I took someone there for a Birthday 🎉 Breakfast experience. Because the dine in area was closed. There was only one cashier. She managed to multitask. With their credit card machine down and being busy. The wait time was longer. Where I felt inconvenience on the front side. The food was excellent. My omelette was fresh tasting. The eggs aren't filled with a lot of pancake mix to fluff them up. Pancakes were delightful and the butter melted right in there. Scrapple was fried right. Go there with an open mind. You'll be surprised.
Was visiting from out of town. This IHOP gave much better service than than the few I've been to at home. The waitress Quetta (lost my receipt so I hope I'm spelling her name right) was very pleasant, quick and accurate with my family's order. She's the best waitress I've had in a long time!
We were Hungry and wanted to get a bite before our Movie it was our go to spot before the Pandemic.. That there was No wait or line was very strange especially on a Saturday, We were seated immediately and the food was Different but good and the Dining room had literally 10 Customers if that but the service was fast and friendly then we were on our way.. I hope this helps.
It was a great experience for us and we had a party of 18. Our waitress was very nice and patience with all of us even when we asked for extra things and kept her running back and forth. I was expecting the worst because of the size of our party but our experience was one of the best for any restaurant and the best ever for IHOP.
