I probably eat here like once a week. Honestly, for me it's the convenience of the location. Not to mention that it's really good pizza. As an uber driver it's one of the places where I can get a quick bite to eat while busy driving downtown. Parking can be tough sometimes but the area is busy so there are cars coming in and out of street parking spaces.
And I can't say enough about how friendly the staff is. They always make me feel welcome and I can see them making the pizza right in front of me so I know it's always freshly made. The bathroom is always clean as well and readily accessible. And it's very affordable!

honestly, the spaghetti is very lack luster... quiet literally just noodles and watery tomato sauce. nothing amazing. usually just get bread sticks and call it a day.
