LOVED my 1st visit to the Sugar Factory! Our server, Kristina was AMAZING!! She was friendly, attentive, and she made our drinks to perfection! The whole atmosphere was great. I can't wait to go back!

First time here! This is called the Fuzzy Peach Penguin Mango (aka The Tongue Twister). It was pretty good! There are A LOT of different combinations to choose from. Will DEFINITELY be back to try another one 🍬🍭🍹

Had a nice time. Large food serving. Enough to share with another person. Birthday lunch for me and friend. I did not even finish my milkshake but it was delicious.

The location is small and the customer service was great! This is a good spot for drinks after work so gather a small group of coworkers and head out!!
Food is not served on site; however, patrons may bring in food of their own. Non- alcoholic beverages, chocolate and candy sweets are on sale. The service was PHENOMENAL. The drinks are great and they offer non alcoholic for the kiddos. The kids loved the smoke effect coming from their drink, as well as the candy in it! We were also there for their happy hour special and our cocktails were very yummy and strong! The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was the seating and how close all of the tables are. It's all high top bar tables, good for adults more than a family place to grab a drink and chill.

Why in the world are people waiting in line at the Starbucks next door? I got a latte at the Sugar Factory and it was -so- much better than Starbucks: rich, creamy, well-caffeinated. :-) This is a chill little local nook and much tastier than the chains around it.

It was date night for My lady and I as well as my best friend our first time going and definitely an amazing experience. I love the atmosphere in there the ladies we very nice and very helpful and happy to serve! To top it all off the Drink WAS AMAZING! So we WILL be back again very soon! Thank you!!
