Bombay Street Food 2 - Washington DC - Photo album

I went to Bombay Street Food 2 recently with my wife for a dinner night out. A dinner night out is a little different than date night. It’s always tough trying to find parking on 8th street but we got a good spot on a side street. We started off with the Reggda Patties. I can’t lie, I thought it was
Bombay Street Food #2 in Washington DC has truly mastered the art of Indian cuisine, setting itself apart as a standout in the realm of flavors. While I've savored exceptional Indian fare along the west coast, Bombay Street Food #2 unquestionably takes the crown. Arriving at the opening hour, we we
We stopped at this restaurant for lunch while traveling to Washington dc from upstate New york. Kailash was amazing at serving us food. Giving a shout out to him. We ordered chicken sizzler and goat curry. Both the items were amazing.
Best Indian food I've had in the city. Amazing atmosphere and a huge menu all fairly priced. Amazing selection of vegan food, vegetarian food, and normal menu items. Highly recommend for anybody looking for good Indian food, especially if you want something spicy!
Food showed up very quickly, my guess is they prep certain meals ahead of time, as there was not time to actually make it. The Tikka massala was decent, not the best I've had but it was tasty. Garlic Naan was similarly good. Main knock is the wait staff were a little unpleasant to me, like they didn
If you are visiting this place then surely try their Bombay Thali. It was perfect for 2 people. We loved everything about thali. We also ordered gobhi Manchurian which was not that good. It was way too sweet for us. Also, they have 3 branches. You can visit any one of them and menu is same. Will rec
Amazing authentic Indian food! The owner is outstanding very accommodating. He greets you with a warm energy at the door and the experience just gets better from there! The spices are so diverse and can be made mild or extra spicy depending on your taste. Also the Mango Lassi is outstanding. I felt
Pretty tasty food, the wait was a bit long but it was worth it. The chicken Marsala was flavorful, but all of the food was a bit on the spicy side even though we asked for mild. So if you like spicy, then this is the place. The mango lassi was very yummy.
Good Indian food with a distinct flavor. Had the gobi manchurian that has a twist where the gobi was crispy and sauced well. Had kheema pav that was tasty. The biryani was yummy at its own level not to compared with other biryani's. The kids loved it and keep talking about coming back to cut their d
As you enter this beautiful restaurant, the gorgeous Indian artwork and aromatic spices that fall upon your senses will transport you to the streets of Mumbai :) I had a delicious and flavor packed meal here a couple weeks ago and am still thinking about how amazing it was! I started out the meal w
Good food, it is definitely very Maharashtrian and Mumbai for. The dahi puri was amazing if you like the Pune/Mumbai style. Did not try the vada pav but it looked good. Shared the non-veg thali and also ordered chicken tikka masala. Ask for higher spice level if you want it. Taste and flavor is good
Amazing ambience and even better taste. Everything was superb, my new fav spot in DC. The manager was even friendlier too and checkin about the service and share details about the other locations and the founder. Our server was amazing too, added last minute request to our order once we forgot to al
Visited Bombay street food a couple of times and tried their Bhel puri,Kheema Pav,Vada pav, vegetable biryani and saag paneer with naan. I would say the food tastes good but there is no consistency to the flavour. In my experience the vada pav tasted very different the two times I tried it,one time i
Best Indian I've had in so long. The staff was also so sweet. We asked for a recommendation on the appetizer and it blew our minds, the crispy spinach with yogurt (name doesn't do it justice) was the best Indian dish I've ever had. Also got the chicken biryani and my husband raved I got lamb Rogan J
