Very good. I got the rice bowl with peanuts, brown rice, spicy chicken and a sauce that went on top to go. It was so delicious. I will be coming back.
The Rice Mix sign is small but just look for this and it's there.
This place is amazing! So many healthy and delicious signature bowls or you can customize it and make your own. All of the veggies are very fresh. My favorite is the spicy chicken bibimbap with purple rice. If you like peanut butter, try the spicy peanut sauce. So happy I found this place!
Love this place!!! You fill out a sheet with what you want. The yellow sheets are for noodles, the white sheets are for rice. You can customize your bowl or choose a “signature” bowl. They even have a gluten free menu! Quick and friendly service! Delicious, healthy food! Fresh veggies, multiple different rice types, and noodles! What more could you ask for?
This is such a cool concept! Build your own Bibimbap. Sometimes we don’t like all the stuff added in a bowl like cucumber, or carrots that they normally give at some places. Here at Rice Mix you can get anything you want! The family who owns it are very kind and care about service!
Really wonderful service from when we walked in. The guy explained some dishes for us, and got to work right away. He threw together a dish quickly for our toddler. The food was great, filling but not too much so, and the right amount of spice.

Mmmmm...bap! Delicious bibimbap (rice topped with veggies, protein, and other ingredients) and soupy or dry noodle bowls! Very fair prices! My crew of 7 was headed to a different restaurant but saw this spot as we got out of the car. We couldn't say no. While their menu has standard bowls with set ingredients, custom bowls start at around $6-9, then with certain premium toppings like a fried egg, seaweed salad, edamame, and more, they end up at about $12. With generous amounts protein, they're super filling. In fact, I couldn't finish my bowl and had enough for another meal. Their bulgogi seems to be saltier and cut thicker than usual but it still tastes good. My whole group tried most of their menu and enjoyed every bit. Our hearts go bi-bim-bap!
NOTES/TIPS:
**Indoor and outdoor seating. Their largest table can seat 4 to 6 adults and can be moved closer to another similar table.
**Paper checklists and pencils for noodle bowls and bibimbap which include a list of all their ingredients are by the front door.
I had a rice noodle with beef and veggies. It was so good.
The owners were so nice.
Best bibimbap place in the area. Worth stopping by for a healthy lunch break.
