Love it! Discovering this tea haven in the heart of Washington DC was a delightful surprise for a tea enthusiast like me! What caught my attention were the exquisite tea flowers, artfully compressed into tiny, aromatic spheres. They offer these beauties by the ounce, and while 6 ounces might seem a bit pricey at $60, I opted for a smaller portion and was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the tea and the exceptional customer service.
Not to be missed is their ice-cold rose lychee tea with pearls that burst with flavor in your mouth – an absolute treat on a warm summer day! This place is truly refreshing and welcoming in comparison with stores I went to in New York City. It's a unique gem for tea lovers, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The combination of unique teas, friendly staff, and the charming atmosphere sets it apart from the rest. I've found my new tea haven in DC!
This place is super friendly and helpful. They have free samples too! Their teas are very aromatic and flavorful, and they have things I never thought of as teas. I ended up coming back for more! Definitely worth checking out, especially if you want something delicious and caffeine free.

They have a number of traditional teas, and their own unique blends as well, which were interesting.
It’s a great place and is worth many visits.
My daughter and I visited for some boba milk tea and found a huge selection of wonderful teas. There was a good group of people in the store and we ordered a brown sugar boba milk tea with the very kind Cyan at the register who was very accommodating. I asked if she would recommend a good tea over ice as any tea in the shop was available and she recommended I taste the Almond delight which was available as a sample at the front of the store - and it was amazing. She prepared a fresh batch for me with a little sweetener and it was like Christmas in a glass - so delicious. The brown sugar milk tea was equally delicious. Highly recommend stopping in as they have lots of great tea gadgets as well.
Stepped in here for a gift for a friend and was delighted with the variety and flavors! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and walked me through what I might like. I ended up getting Almond Delight but will be back for more soon!
Awesome selection of premium teas from all over the world. No artificial ingredients are used in the beverages. All 100% real ingredients which is really the main reason I chose to come here. Plus the staff was extremely helpful and genuinely interested in tea and serving a good product that is all natural.
Personally, I love the Tea Mansion. The store is well stocked, with various varieties of different flavors of tea. I would recommend this location to anyone who is a true connoisseur of tea, or just an individual who wants to try a rich flavored tea. The staff was also very friendly. There was a young lady who was very helpful in recommending unique Green Tea flavors. The vast variety always provides a new option, even for those (like myself) who've been countless times.

Wow. The customer service here is top notch. I'd been coming here for the Hibiscus Treat during my two pregnancies, and returned for more teas later. After recently realizing an error on my online order, the staff over the phone and in store helped me out, to ensure I had the teas needed (especially since they were ordered as a gift!). Highly recommend if you're in the market for fine loose leaf.
I went into the shop to have a quick look around and see what the selection was like. You do get to smell the teas which is always a plus. Cyan was also super helpful and really lovely and helped me find a nice blend to drink to go! Will definitely recommend and try to go again during our short stay here!
