Really really grear coffee. They were so excited to sell.us a cup but it might be the effects of their coffee. This brew will get you zooming. They also have a great selection of breakfast items and baked goods. Sweet or dark it's still good coffees and itll wake you in no time give you the energy to get through the entire day

We got an iced coffee and an iced caramel leche with a white chocolate raspberry scone and a cinnamon roll muffin. The barista was fast and nice. The coffee and pastries were delicious.

This is an affordable place to go for a quick breakfast! I got the egg and cheese sandwich. Just what I was craving. :) We sat at one of their tables outside - perfect location if you want to stick around for a bit with your coffee and read!

Good coffee that is reasonably priced, with the typical variety of coffee shop pastries and snacks. Quick service from a pleasant staff, with seating both indoors and outside on a patio, that is dog friendly. This coffee shop sits on a corner location which makes access from multiple directions easy, and people watching in good weather enjoyable.

Very quiet and beautiful corner cafe. Located at a lovely DC neighborhood. We even found parking nearby. The coffe was great and the muffin very tasty. We came later than rush hour so there wasn't any line. We took ours to go but the place looked like a pleasant place to sit and work.

Pretty simple place. They have a portion of the cafe that is almost like a sun room with lots of windows and it looked really nice to just sit and read in. The bathroom keys have street signs attached to them which is pretty funny. Got an iced coffee and it was average. I'll be visiting again.

I love the food! I used to eat there every day until they closed in my area. Not DC though. Not a coffee drinker,
But I used to drink tea with soy milk. First timer for soy milk and now I'm a drinker for life. Lactose intolerant so milk is out
Anyway the food is scrumptious! Too bad they don't have one where I live!

My girls love coming to this coffee house after school to study. My oldest loves the egg and sausage sandwich without cheese. I enjoy the atmosphere, great wifi and excellent customer service!

Craving coffee like crazy so I went for something sweet. I ordered the salted caramel late´ and a raspberry filled croissant. It was amazing and the service was fast and friendly.

Great little coffee shop at the top of Eastern Market. Seating outside (which is handy if you have a dog) and they do very nice wraps. Highly recommend the breakfast wrap with eggs and feta cheese.

Port city java is the best place for locals top get cheap breakfast and coffee. Don't come here if you are looking for a unique DC experience because you will be disappointed. Come here three times a week and get to know the locals.

A nice, little, non-chain, 26-seat coffee shop. The two bump-out seating areas are really nice. Staff was efficient on a Sunday morning and kept the line to a minimum. Got a sausage egg and cheese muffin and a medium cup of coffee for just over $6.
