Friendly but focused workers from my experience. Just so you're not confused when walking in, the cash register is on the left side and you pick your drink(s) up on the right side. They have a few small 2 person tables with a few bar stools. Calming environment

I truly love this Starbucks. I moved recently from Florida and the stores near me were always a horrible experience and I never wanted to walk in because the baristas were rude and I always left the store in a bad mood. For that reason I would only go to Starbucks once or twice a week to avoid bad customer service. So I was dreading moving to Washington DC where there were no drive thrus and I would have to walk in every day. I go to this store about 4 to 5 times a week and it truly starts my day off with a positive experience. I walk my dog every morning and stop and get coffee. I used to wait outside until my drink was ready and just stepped in to grab it really quick but the baristas invited me in with my dog to wait at the entrance and always made us feel welcomed. They know me and my dog so well that they have a pup cup ready and waiting for when we get there and even on days when I don’t bring him they send me home with one for him. Kala especially is awesome and truly makes my day. Thank you for such a great experience, I will be a loyal customer at the store for a long time!

I am obsessed with their chai tea latte and I always add 4 scoops of vanilla bean powder. Drink it hot and cold depending on the weather!!!

Fast friendly service, excellent place for a quick stop or to take a break and relax for a while. Nice clean bathrooms, pretty busy but we received our order accurately and on time. I will stop in this location again if the need arrives. Very happy with my visit.
