Buffalo & Bergen - Washington DC - Photo album

The only place I get bagels in DC. The service here is phenomenal, even amidst the more casual vibe and atmosphere, and the bagel combo's are like nothing you've ever had, for a reasonable price ($13-$16). My go-to order here is a cinnamon raisin bagel with avocado, eggs, cheese, bacon, and they hav
Always tasty…the breakfast ones are my favorite… great option for takeout from union market but they also have twirly barstools - like diner style… and seating can sometimes be hard to find inside, so it’s nice to have options! Definitely a go to spot - especially if you’re in the mood for breakfast
Very tasty, but have to take off a star because the fried egg on our breakfast bandito was very undercooked (tough to tell in the picture but there was some raw egg white on there) and that’s really unacceptable given the salmonella risk. Other than that the breakfast bandito would have been 5 stars
This is a good place to sit and drink cocktails or non alcoholic drinks. Or eat breakfast. Or a sandwich. It’s inside Union Market but has a diner feel. Very noisy but allowed us to sit. The staff were helpful and capable of curating a cocktail.
The BEST breakfast and Ruben of MY LIFE! Holy flavor bomb—a must try! Great menu options—even gluten free bagels! Top notch service, friendly staff (TJ)— and the whole crew. Thank you for an amazing, delicious meal and experience! 💓
We come here pretty often and it’s always delicious. The Rude Socialist is my go-to. The coffee and the mimosas are good and we never wait too long for the food. They’re very nice about giving us cups of water for our dog.
A delicious neighborhood sandwich shop, a cool&well designed place. Really love the lox & bagel. The Matzoh ball soup was yummy, perfect for a cold January day. Can’t wait to try again. Kiss, Olan
Delicious! The bagel was made very well and this restaurant has clever pairings and I liked another reviewer's comment, the sandwiches are delightfully messy! Staff were friendly and the shop was cute with some seating inside and plenty outside seating. Also, I want to highlight they have gluten fr
Stopped by here and had a bacon egg and cheese on a gluten free bagel! Well prepared and the bagel was nice and light.
Easy over the counter bagel joint. Service is friendly and the bagel, messily good. Got myself a “in your face” breakfast sandwich which consist of a sunny side up over mozza cheese and pesto spread with hot salami. I wished I’m eating with utensils because I really dislike getting my fingers messy.
Stylish old school bagel joint in the corner of Union Market. Charming gentleman served us at the counter. Bagel quality passed muster with this born and bred New Yorker. Looks very popular for locals and tourists alike.
Great bagels, but my only complaint is their order pickup system. They don’t announce your order number or even display it anywhere. Instead, they text you when the order is ready, but half the time they just seem to forget - requiring patrons to bug the staff at the counter. A simple order number d
Breakfast served all day, what's not to like. This place is always busy and the food is delicious. You can go with one of the favorites or build your own sandwich which I like to do.
I very much like this place! The bagels are delicious, as are the home made sodas. Take-out takes about 10 minutes and the staff is very friendly. It does get very busy though (I went around noon on a Sunday) so being seated is very hard!
Great bagel shop which doesn’t skimp on the cream cheese. Also their eggs were perfectly cooked for my sausage egg and cheese. Lots of options. Attentive staff.
When was the last time you heard someone complain that their meal was too big? That's what the salmon and cream cheese bagel was like. I could only eat half and it was actually the most delicious food I've found so far at Union Market. It was packed with salmon and cream cheese and the capers wer
