I have been going to this Taco Bell regularly for more than 7 years. In this time, I have never received an incorrect order and have been treated with nothing but respect, dignity, and utter professionalism. This location is one of my favorite spots in Washington, DC and is truly like a second home to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do for the Washington community, you are truly an oasis of flavor in the desert of our quiet town. God bless you.
Food is good staff is sweet..just have to watch out for homeless...had issues 2 times I say no everytime they ask for money...but beware the feral homeless are aggressive one time I was spit on and another time a sparkle fairy homeless person flew over and slapped my face...didn't know homeless fairies were so aggressive....WARNING DONT FEED THE FERAL PEOPLE! they'll come get yah!

The food order is always correct and the food is good. One lady that works on the cash register and must be a shift supervisor is very rude and off putting. Another women who works up front and must be a manager also, she is very pleasant and she is the only reason why my rating is so high! I hate going places where the staff are so rude and make me feel like I am bothering them! Luckily it seems to be only a couple employees that work here who provide that experience at the location.
Just as good a Taco Bell as any. Cheap and fast. Staff were always polite to me. There’s occasionally a line but it’s never more than a few people. The seating area is alright.
Son ate 2 crunch wraps from here, while we all ate at other locations. Good food, good service.
You're in a rush to catch your bus or train. You need affordable, filling food that's easy to eat on the run, or while settled into your seat hoping that cute passenger coming down the aisle asks you if the seat next to you is free. But alas, they never do. Drown your hunger and sorrow in Taco Bell 7-layer burritos, chips and a large soda. It's going to be a long ride..

Staff was very nice the place was clean I saw a pigeon which was kind of weird but still clean
Had to give these guys a good review for staying open and working during the pandemic. Not a big fan of fast food, but times been hard
