Bkk Cookshop - Washington DC - Photo album

A great place to go for Asian comfort food, homey vibes, and decent neighborhood Thai food. The Pad Thai was my favorite dish I ordered from the menu, the meat dishes (Pork shoulder and Mou Ton) were a bit underwhelming but still delicious! I would consider coming back to this place to try the curr
5 stars! BKK Cookshop is a hidden gem in DC that serves up innovative and transformative Thai food. The flavors are bold and complex, and the dishes are beautifully presented. I've tried a number of things on the menu, and I've never been disappointed. My favorites from the starters section are the
Lovely service, great food (some of the best fried tofu I’ve ever had). Yummy cocktails too! Will definitely be visiting again!
My friend and I really enjoyed our meal at BKK Cookshop. The mango dish pictured offered complex flavors from sweet to spicy. Amazing! We enjoyed our beef satay ad the noodle dish. The atmosphere is bland, but tolerable.
Wonderful experience! the foods were so good! We had boat noodles and spicy mango salad. They were great! Good service and atmosphere, especially outside
This was my 2nd time trying Thai cuisine and it was amazing. We ordered takeout: chicken Pad Thai, sticky rice, and steamed vegetables, the staff couldn’t be nicer, the food was plenty, delicious, flavorful, and packaged very nicely, the presentation was awesome. We have leftovers for another meal,
Great food and service. We stopped in mid-afternoon so it was a quiet time, but the service was wonderful and the kitchen was fast. Our table was cool and the location worked very well for us. A very nice experience.
Our group of four dined in last night. The appetizers were all exceptional, highly recommend: Gyoza, Thai wings, spring rolls, and the Brussels sprouts, YUM! The standout meals were the pad Thai and a rice dish with sausage and pineapple. Lots of vegetarian options too! Reasonable prices and generou
Love this place! Vegan friendly and the food is delicious! I had an amazing apple cider cocktail that blew me away as well! Cheap and satisfying! Check them out if you haven't!
This is a hidden gem. Quality street Thai food in the heart of Shaw DC. My friend and I stopped by and ordered the spring rolls, chicken fried rice and beef pad Thai. The rolls were stuffed with meat and fried to perfection. The rice had some heat and awesome textured. The pad Thai was plentiful and
Tried many, many different Thai restaurants in the DMV but this one is hands down the best. True authentic flavors. From the cocktails to spring rolls to Suki stir fry, be sure to try it all. Love, love, love.
Had a great time wasn’t crowded on the Sunday we went. I had the wings, egg rolls, and spaghetti drunken noodles. I prefer the actual drunken noodles but the spaghetti worked for this dish.
Had a great experience!! Food was delicious and the workers are incredibly sweet. If you’re looking for affordable authentic Thai food definitely check them out!!
First time trying. Delivery was quick and well packaged. Super flavorful soup great for a cold day in March!
Delicious food and a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere! The wine selection was also very nice. I ordered the coconut curry noodle bowl with tofu and it was delicious. Great service as well. Will definitely be coming back!
The food was incredible, and the service was great. 10/10
Can’t go wrong with any of their menu items, everything is so flavorful. I especially love the coconut noodle bowl and the pork shoulder. It was warm today and I was craving their Thai iced tea so I just stopped by to get one. I’ll be back in a couple days for many entrees!
Charming, unassuming, yet delicious. My favorite neighborhood restaurant that I would dine at even if I moved.
