Excellent food and service. Extremely disappointing that the toilet was "out of service" on the busiest day of any recent year (Inauguration Day). Use all that extra income to have the city drop some port-a-potties next time. I subtracted only one star, because they went the extra mile and hired employees who served coffee outside of the chaos on the inside).

I'm not a big coffee drinker, but the hazelnut coffee I had here was fairly decent. I also had a plain egg and cheese bagel and enjoyed it very much. I'd come here again for a good breakfast or lunch meal.

The people making the food were extremely friendly. The food was also very good. What put this above average was the mac and cheese. Holy cow it's amazing! 10/10 IGN would recommend!

The sandwiches are flavorful. Watch out for the chicken soup. It's good, but super hot. The employees are friendly and handle a busy crowd well.

Walking into this place reminds me of the first time my dad took me to the Coliseum when Maximus took down 30 foes to win his freedom. The rush you get with all the screaming customers and ringing cash registers is unparalleled. Don't even get me started on the table placement because I could rave about it for hours. The Bags...oh where to start - you can fit all the pastries you could ever want in one of their patented Gluten free compost friendly bags. PASTRIES FOR DAYS! I could go on about this place forever but I feel like most of you hungry readers would rather just go experience it for yourselves. Hey, still reading? STOP - head on over to Au Bon Pain (pronounced - Au Bon Pain) now and see the wonder for yourself. Seriously, stop reading...

The staff is very Professional. I visit regularly, the cashier named Tracy is always helpful and smiling. The manager is also helpful and polite.

I like to have their soups in cold days, I have tried several au bon pain eateries, this one is the smallest, it can be redecorated to provide better movement and more seats.

Tried the country grilled cheese, the chili, and the mac and cheese. Everything delicious! Chili just a little spicy. Enough for a kick without being too hot.

If you're expecting amazing breakfast, this isn't the place. Other than that, coffee is good, food is average, and price is good

The salads are wonderful, the desserts were well worth the price, but it was a little confusing at first. I can't wait to go back.
