Stopped in for 'A wreck' not a bad choice. Put hot peppers, lettuce and deli mustard on it. Got quite a twist on the flavor.
Tastes like a Quiznos sub. Might try the Italian next time.

Clerks were a little distracted enjoying themselves, but they were wonderful once they realized we were there, and we were so glad to see the restaurant open on a Saturday. The food was great.

Got a turkey club on inauguration day. They let me use the bathroom, which was nice. Barked at me when i tried to sit down and eat it, even though the table was clearly marked as ok to sit and I was masked up, and there were no other customers. Not a dan of chain eateries and this is why. Still, on balance an ok experience.

I was just thrilled to find a place downtown where you could spend a little time eating a sandwich! It's the little things right?! The crew here has done an excellent job of limiting proximity between tables and are using top notch PPE. They even have a clean and well sanitized restroom. If you're in downtown, stop by and support this small business!

It was great! I love their chicken salad sandwiches, and it was really good especially since I hadn't had one in a while. I was uptown on "K" Street NW enjoying my sandwich because there aren't many Potbellys in the Ward 7 and 8 areas of Washington DC.

My daughter suggested Potbelly’s have gone before and enjoyed it. We were not disappointed we had a meatball sub, ham and cheese and their chili. All were delicious but most of all their staff was friendly and served to please. Will definitely come back.

As always, my milkshake was on point. So much ice cream 🤤 and the cup is always full. You get what you paid for! And the two women who worked there that evening were so friendly and happy!

Great place to stop in for lunch. It’s in a great location. This is a very clean restaurant. The employees seem to take pride in their work. The food is affordable and delicious. The staff also is very efficient. They try to get you your food out as quickly as possible, without having the quality of the food suffer.

Great, quick place for subs at a reasonable price. Love the smoothies and shakes as well. My only complaint? The tuna is absolutely terrible. I have never had a more terrible tasting tuna sandwich in my life. Not only does it taste like cardboard, you're barely given any on the sandwich. So, if you visit, avoid the tuna at all costs.
