I haven't had their food yet but I've stopped in to Rumba Cafe on two separate occasions (both very hot days) and I've had their mojitos and caipirinhas. Very good stuff. The bartenders have been friendly and the food looks good. Their caipirinhas are some of the best I've had anywhere.

Favorite Saturday afternoon hangout. Great food- one of the few in the city with a real Puerto Rican dish on the menu, and the Ropa Vieja is perfect. Come for the food, stay for the Caipirinha's and people-watching. Service always with a smile. Somehow this place always ends up really expensive though. So be careful with those Mojitos.

Great (oldies) music, tasty plantain tapas, amazing mojitos. Limited seating and small-ish dancefloor are the only negatives worth mentioning. Definitely heading back there.

Excellent mojito, had the pork and pineapple which came with rice, beans and plantain, really good stuff. Cool atmosphere as well, a little pricey but remains good value.
