I got the smoked Turkey and sausage red beans and rice……it was definitely worth it. I had delivery so when I received it I was surprised at how big the bowl was. Great size portion and the bread pudding is to die for. 20/10 stars! Don’t sleep on this place you’ll love the food especially if you do not eat pork.

I love this place. I have been eyeing their menu for so long, and finally saw they give samples. I'm so glad I tried, because I'm in love. Bread Pudding was outstanding, as well as the Gumbo and the Lemon Tea. I was hesitant on trying the tea, cause I'm not a sweet tea fan, but the balance with the lemon was perfection. And they had the nerve to have Mini Whiskeys to go with it? Yes Ma'am! Sign me up!
Also, Toyin helped us so gracefully. Her spirit is just so bright and sweet. Blessings to her and this business! <3

I walked around Union Market in it’s entirety and back to Puddin. I am so happy. The service was awesome. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. My food! Wow! I can’t explain my food. I took my first taste after getting in my car from my break driving my Lyft. I needed something quick to eat to take my Diabetes medication.
I am so glad I got a meal. It was simply scrumptious. I saved some until I got home. I woke up in the middle of the night to finish it. It was that good. I couldn’t wait until the morning to eat the rest. I had the Etoufee with shrimp. Good God it was outstanding!
I want thank the customer before that ordered it because it was truly a good choice. I will try something else next time. Thank you!

I wouldn't say Cajun/Creole food is usually my go to, but after reading the Yelp reviews of this place when deciding where to eat at Union Market, I was sold.
My husband and I shared the Etoufèe and Brown Butter Bourbon Bread Puddin'. I highly recommend both! The sauce on the Etoufèe was so flavorful.
I'd recommend splitting the bread pudding. We got the small and it was a pretty big portion and very filling. I wouldn't be able to finish the whole thing on my own.
This place is worth checking out when you're at Union Market!

I recently ordered through Uber and part of my order was missing. I contacted the restaurant to let them know and they went above and beyond to make it right. I highly recommend Puddin as not only is the food delicious, they have character. The shrimp and grits and bread pudding are both to die for! Try for yourself!

I’m from south east Texas, grew up on Cajun food made by my Louisiana born and bred mama, and this etouffee rivals hers. The people working there were super sweet and helpful. I’ll be going back for sure.

This place is where I go when I don’t wanna be disappointed! All the food here is GREAT. I didn’t say good I said GREAT! You get what you ask for. And I love the bread pudding and ice cream! Yeah you can’t go wrong. Then you know union market has all the parking you need but you know it can get lit. I love it here and eat here at least once a week. I wish they had a rewards program because I swipe there too often to not have a free sweet tea or something by now!
They are also on door dash :)

One of the best Shrimp Po'Boys I have ever tasted. Simply Delicious! There are many vendors to choose from and I am happy we chose Puddin. I hope to visit again soon! There are multiple seating options indoors and outdoors. It was a popular place and a fun setting to visit.

Stopped here after being in the climbing gym for a few hours, so I was starving. Got the normal portion of gumbo and it was delicious, filling, and a good value compared to other places in the market. Then after the gumbo I decided I wanted dessert so I went back for the bread pudding and ice cream and omg. The gumbo was good but this bread pudding was insane. Not super sweet, and combined with the ice cream it was a crazy good combo. And friendly staff too! Definitely recommend.

The bread puddin was phenomenal and I plan on going back for that alone. The shrimp and grits did not hit they way I was expecting them to. But I am definitely willing to try it out again with some other dishes to get a better insight on what they have to offer.

super friendly service with samples to try. the bourbon bread pudding was to die for and the gumbo was spot on. The gumbo is on the spicy side which i loved and okras, tomatoes, and rice cooked with chicken & sausage.
