Bar Pilar is a narrow bar with an upstairs dining room. We ate downstairs in the bar. It's a bar, so was a little noisy, but were still able to have a nice conversation. Service was excellent. I usually love this place which is why i still give it a 4 but i only liked this meal. The quality of the beef i had was good but i didnt like the kimchi sauce that accompanied it. Pate was good and the dessert pie was tasty.
