Bar Pilar - Washington DC - Photo album

Came by after work for dinner and drinks with a friend. Ended up sitting at the bar on the first floor - really nice and chill bar area - not too many people there when we first got there right after work. Started to get more packed as the night continued. I ordered the burger and fries and a few d
LOVED the French toast supremo (a sandwich)!!! The fried chicken in the fried chicken sandwich was pretty dry but the flavors were good
Yooo my first time here with my good man, we had rounds of the Cuba Libre accompanied with some appetizers. The food and the drinks - 15/10 with exceptional service provided by AJ from Bar to Isabelle the hostess. They showed such great hospitality and service. I think I just found my new spot
Bar Pilar is a narrow bar with an upstairs dining room. We ate downstairs in the bar. It's a bar, so was a little noisy, but were still able to have a nice conversation. Service was excellent. The food was fantastic, both in presentation and how it tasted. We had the roasted vegetables, butter chick
AJ (the bartender) is a SUPER homie and Isabelle (our server) was phenomenal. Food was excellent as well. Cuba Libre was off the hook, pulpo ceviche was to die for. Also the music is always on point.15/10
Came for Friday happy hour (6-8 pm). Cocktails are $10 and rail drinks are $8. Great atmosphere but service was slow. Didn't mind too much because we were having a good time, but did find it odd the waitress came to our table only a few times over the course of 3 hours. Also, 20% tip is included, wh
Drinks and appetizers were top tier. Nice bar area, courtesy staff, overall chill atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
Absolutely loved the customer service here. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It was my first time here, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The food is like an Asian and Latin fusion (shrimp tempura tacos, guac burger, or zucchini fritters with sambal sauce). Normally, I'm not a huge fa
Last minute decision to come here after a reservation fell through at another place and I’m glad it did! Staff was welcoming and the food was amazing. Would def come back
If you're looking for a calmer option for dinner and drinks, you can't go wrong here. The atmosphere is quiet lively and the service is on point. Our bartender was excellent gave us great recommendations from the happy hour menu (which is extensive) all of which were good. One thing worth trying if
We came here after being added to the Ted’s Bulletin 1hr and 45 minute wait list. If people knew how awesome the food is here, I’m guessing they wouldn’t willingly wait in that line. We ordered the pork hash and the barbecue chicken pancakes entree and the food was simply heavenly. Our server, Lissa
I usually love this place which is why i still give it a 4 but i only liked this meal. The quality of the beef i had was good but i didnt like the kimchi sauce that accompanied it. Pate was good and the dessert pie was tasty.
Amazing experience! May and Bella complimented us the moment we walked in and provided the most wonderful service, my friend and I felt like we were part of the family. Amazing food and strong drinks! Highly recommend.
Always a great experience. Friendly bartenders, generous pours and great cocktails. Try the carnaval with mezcal - soo good
Great 14th St hangout. I tried this place after a recommendation from my guys at Cloak & dagger. Very good drinks and Andy was inviting and a great bartender. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a genuine good time.
