The woman making the sandwichs is an absolute hoot. Really funny and entertaining (she also makes an awesome sandwich).

Got rid of their pb and js but food was quick. We also got to watch someone struggle to park from our seats it was very hard to watch

Like a lot of eateries, they need more staff at this place. The 2 people working were nice but you could tell they were stressed out.
The sandwiches have just enough meats and condiments to satisfy without feeling like you got ripped off. There are other items on the menu besides sandwiches; they offer soup, salads, milkshakes, chili and a children's menu. The seating is limited, so going before or after lunch would be wise. I eat here often.

I always get tasty sandwiches from Potbelly when I am in the DC area. The staff was a bit harried on this trip. It looked like there wasn't enough staff scheduled. Otherwise, the facility was well kept and clean.

Quick service. Was a bit tricky to find using my GPS. Normally I love the food but tried their new Philly Steak today and rate it average in flavor. Should have stuck with their normal menu. Overall a good place to eat and I'll definately go back.
