I went simple and had a cheese burger that was good and came with fries. The fries are unreal and I highly recommend to anyone o. The area. Their beer selection is decent as well!
Good service but the food was just ok. A bit over priced but not surprising considering it's connected to the holiday inn. I would recommend dinning else where if you can.
Service is bad really needs improvement. Food is greater. I do agree that the veggie panini is mushy.
We had a short wait but had a great little conversation with the wonderful hostess. The server was very attentive and we always had drinks. The only think I wish was the salads would have come out first and not with dinner. The salmon and steak were cooked perfectly!
Two beers, a dinner salad, a ribeye steak w/ two sides and dessert - w/ tip $100. Delicious food and amazing service!

With a convenient location, a very well-balanced list of options on the menu, a wide variety of beers on tap (and in bottle) - and friendly staff... You can't beat the 21st Amendment.

We got to experience the new menu. Drink and dinner were good. The hostness was so nice and welcoming. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and eat here twice.
Great restaurant and bar with a terrific menu and selection. It is attached to the Holiday Inn downtown DC on C street.
Whether you dine in and have a steak or order fajitas to take to your room you can't go wrong.
Conveniently close to the National Mall and inside the hotel as well. I opted for the salmon and sides which were good. The plate had value for what I received. Short wait and server was very pleasant. The complimentary chocolates at the end was a nice tough.
We were really happy with our service. We had the sever achu. She was amazing! Friendly. Prompt. Attentive.
Food was pretty decent. Warm. Came fast. We needed a meal quick and the 21st Amendment Bar and Grill came through.
This is the best part of the hotel. The staff is very courteous and hospitable. The food was amazing, especially after walking all over DC and building up an appetite. The hotel offers free vouchers for children who are staying at the hotel as long as an adult orders off the menu. We ate there everyday because the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Thank you to the amazing wait staff for everything.
It’s really nice place! The restaurant close 1:00 am . This is my first time come here. I have 17 hours flight from Okinawa Japan come Washington DC USA. I live in Holiday Inn. When I checked in hotel, already 10pm. I have order one cup of Atlas Ponzi IPA(Local Draft) Beer and Premium Steak Panini. The food was delicious 😋! The beer 🍺 is a little bitter . I don’t really like it. It’s really relaxing environment! Great service !!!👍👍👍

Oh. My. Gosh. This place is absolutely amazing!! We were disappointed because we were just going to grab Quiznos before heading out but they locked their doors 15 minutes early. I'm no longer disappointed though, because we came here instead and the food is sooooo good!! Maissa greeted us and was super sweet. I had crab soup and grilled cheese, which was so good I know I'll have cravings for it later. The French fries are delicious and not greasy like most fries. Dipped in their honey mustard I'm in heaven! My husband had the bison burger and ate it with all the condiments, which he never does. He said the favor was so good that the condiments simply complimented it rather than overwhelm him like they usually do. My Aunt got the chicken sandwich and while the Chipotle mayo was to much for her (she can't tolerate any level of spice, though I couldn't even tell it was spicy) our waiter was super accommodating. He bought me a sample of the soup before I ordered, put all the condiments on the side for my Aunt, and even brought out an extra honey mustard since everyone loved it so much! Very very happy with out visit and out waiter Saidi! My only complaint, and it's a small one, is it seemed our waiter was working with several tables and it took a little extra time to get to go boxes and the check. Still an amazing experience and will recommend to anyone I know in the area!
