Food was great, the staff was quick and helpful. Only downside was a homeless guy outside who I THINK was urinating in a garbage can as we walked by to enter. Otherwise, the restaurant itself is great.

I visited here recently and was very happy with the service. I ended up going back later in the week and had the same good experience. I ordered when I got there and ate inside both times.
Love the team, always friendly and efficient. Yummy sandwiches every time. They're also great about customer service - recently my sandwich was made with the wrong filling (it happens) and they immediately made me a new one, delivered it to my office and threw in a free bag of chips.
Fast friendly and great sandwiches. I've have yet to have been at a Jimmy John's that has not met the standards they have set. I've been to multiple in SoCal, New Orleans, and now Washington D.C, and all have been wonderful, with great customer service.
