Food was great, the staff was quick and helpful. Only downside was a homeless guy outside who I THINK was urinating in a garbage can as we walked by to enter. Otherwise, the restaurant itself is great.

I ordered the “Totally Tuna Unwich” (no bread) everything wrapped in large lettuce leaves. The lettuce and other vegetables were so fresh and clean. I requested extra lettuce, extra cucumbers, onions and tomatoes on my Unwich. So very delicious!!! I was so excited eating my “Unwich” since I’d been craving a tuna sandwich. I visited here recently and was very happy with the service. I ended up going back later in the week and had the same good experience. I ordered when I got there and ate inside both times.

Just a huge thank you to William for tonight’s service. Me and my fiancé were “one of those people” who came in 10 minutes before close. He wasn’t upset and still gave us very good service after they had basically closed up for the night. Thank you William for being really nice to us and still making the visit pleasant :)

Tasty, quick, and clean. The workers were friendly and made suggestions when I couldn’t make up my mind. Been in the area for weeks and didn’t know it was around the corner!! Try their chocolate chip cookie—the best prepackaged cookie just about anywhere!

Fast friendly and great sandwiches. I've have yet to have been at a Jimmy John's that has not met the standards they have set. I've been to multiple in SoCal, New Orleans, and now Washington D.C, and all have been wonderful, with great customer service.

Love the team, always friendly and efficient. Yummy sandwiches every time. They're also great about customer service - recently my sandwich was made with the wrong filling (it happens) and they immediately made me a new one, delivered it to my office and threw in a free bag of chips.
