Bindaas - Washington DC - Photo album

The food was great! The spice level was pretty much perfect for me; the chef didn’t over do the spices and the flavor balanced. I am used to eating bigger portions, and hope the portions size was a bit bigger. I also loved that their beer selection included some beers from Indian inspired breweries.
Bindaas is a really trendy Indian street food restaurant, with a wide variety of options on the menu. Including vegetarian and vegan selections (which is always great to see, and allows me to venture out). I’ve been to Indian restaurants countless times - but their take and focus on street food is o
Bindaas is a wonderful Indian street-food restaurant located near the heart of DC. The exterior is warm, colorful, and easy to find. Inside is much the same, but is coupled with a very friendly staff who are quick to welcome and seat you. As for the food, it was excellent and served impressively f
I really enjoyed the Indian street food here. They gave a cool twist to the Vadapav with jalapeno chutney, and the Panipuri was awesome too. If you like trying different flavors, I totally recommend it!
Nice Menu, good combination of street food and Indian delicacies…pls try tamarind soda..it was awesome. Chicken tikka masala and paneer lababdar were also great. Kathi rolls chicken also yum.
If you want to experience non traditional Indian food, I highly recommend to add bindaas to your list. They have chaat and South Indian breakfast items, which aren’t usually sold in typical Indian restaurants. And these are definitely worth giving a try. Came here for restaurant week, however this i
I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. We got a bunch of appetizers instead of ordering any mains. The Papdi Chat and avocado gol gappa were delicious. The mango pani puri was interesting (but not my favorite). Ragda pattice was also yummmm. Highly recommend! The non alcoholic drinks made in
Good Indian food with some twist in ingredients. In jain options we tried Mango Panipuri, Dahiwada, and Paneer Makhani. In non jain we tried PavBhaji, Bhelpuri, and Mushroom Dosa. The staff was very helpful in recommending food which could be customised to jain. Reservations can be helpful if visiti
Excellent take on Indian street food with very good but brisk service - Food comes up very quick!! Owned by the same folks as Rasika (a highly awarded indian restaurant) with none of their snobby attitude. We tried the mango pani puri - excellent variation on a traditional street food. A mini puri
After receiving an estimated wait time of 2 hours at Founding Farmer’s, we decided to go here. The service and food were exceptional. The kitchen was willing to customize a dish for vegetarian needs, I ordered paneer tikka masala despite it not being on the menu. The sauce was perfectly seasoned and
I think this a great find if you are looking for some appetizing Indian food. Their house-made sodas are a must try! I would also recommend the gun powder fries served with a side of Chilli sauce!
Look no further!!! Fast and good quality! We stopped for quick lunch after a tiring walk around national mall, good options, food and ambience was great. Prices very reasonable, definitely recommend for Indian fast fusion food!
The food was amazing. Every single thing we ordered was unique and tasteful. I am sure you cannot go wrong with any dish here.
Came here unexpectedly (founding farmers across the street did not honor our reservation despite being there on time for it and waiting 40 minutes) and had a wonderful dinner. We were seated right away. The atmosphere was beautiful. The decor really fit and was very comforting. We were served qui
I had the chicken sandwich and fries, and I thought it was all really good. I know a fried chicken sandwich isn’t necessarily authentic Indian food, but it was a fun and delicious twist.
Went to Bindass for lunch to take my niece out who was coming in from out of town. As usual this place doesn’t disappoint. I had the fried chicken entree and it was delicious. My favorite appetizer is the spinach chat which was on their Diwali special menu. I would recommend this place for so
