Elizabeth's Gone Raw

This spot is a true gem for plant based folk. Everything from the warm welcome by the owner to the food makes this place exquisite. The presentation and flavor of the food is out of this world. The vegan caviar is the most creative food I’ve ever had vegan or non! Have plenty of room when you go, because with 5-6 courses; you’ll definitely need it! This is the best vegan food I’ve ever had, since converting 6 yrs ago.

My partner always takes me here for special occasions because it is our favorite restaurant! Neither of us are vegan but the food, service, and atmosphere are so romantic! Always hard to decide between the cocktails and the wine pairing because both are so amazing but we both usually opt for the wine pairing because it's an experience so unique to ERG! The pricing is also SO reasonable compared to other fine dining establishments.

I took my friend here for her birthday. It was our first time. The entire experience was incredible!! We met Elizabeth, the owner, who was very sweet, professional, and busy on the floor, working alongside her staff. The hostess was very sweet. The server was very courteous and knowledgeable about the details of each course, which topped the whole experience. The set menu was paired really well. The kale chips and the cheese board were phenomenal (not part of the fixed menu). The pumpkin soup, the mushroom entree, and the mid-course sorbet (palette cleanser) were my personal favorites. We were very happy and stuffed by the time we were leaving. Thank you, Elizabeth and everyone there, for creating something beautiful for us to experience.

Amazing experience. We had the tasting menu and I included the wine pairing with mine. There was also a cocktail menu available, but not as a "pairing" with the meal. They made it a an experience where the sommelier introduced the dishes and drink pairings with a story to transport you to another place. It was really well put together and between that the attentive service, and the dishes that kept surprising with their textures and flavors, it was an experience that I'd highly recommend. The chefs are absolute artists in presentation, flavor, and textures, and the fact that it's all Vegan is the cherry on top of it all. Truly excellent.

Absolutely delicious! Elizabeth and the staff are wonderful and very attentive but the chef is MAGIC! The way they coordinate flavors and textures is an experience every person should have. This restaurant never disappoints, I highly recommend! The only con I can think of is that they're only open Thurs-Sat and not 7 days a week.

Elizabeth's is a dreamy experience! Unique flavors, amazing textures, beautiful dishes - all 5 senses were swooning! Each course was filled with unique taste sensations that were fused from ingredients that came from all around the globe. The servers were kind, knowledgeable and caring. The food was made with love. I am so happy this place exists. One of my life's top meals!

Took my wife (a vegan) here last month for her birthday and we both had an incredible time. As a non-vegan, I thought the meals and experience were great. We enjoyed all the dishes on the prix fixe menu along with some tasty mocktails. The staff is what really made this place spectacular—so polite and friendly. Will definitely be back next year for birthday celebrations!
