Breakfast pros and cons
Pros:
- limited menu only 3 sandwiches to pick from. This is a pro and con.
- efficient
- delicious
- good pricing
Cons:
- the limited breakfast needs improvement. There is no juice or coffee to pick from or there isn’t a fruit or a side for the breakfast.

Potbelly is a good place for a quick bite. Service seemed a bit stressed on the weekend given the rush, though the staff was doing their best.

Potbelly has fine subs. I still prefer Quiznos, but they are completely gone. This location is convenient to my office, but not great in terms of seating options (none inside Potbelly) unless you want to sit in L'Enfant Promenade. Plenty of tables, but still not the greatest situation.

This outlet was across from our hotel.
The Skinny Pizza Melt was delicious.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
We were the only patrons during our visit though a couple of take aways were ordered and collected
Cost of the breakfast was considerably cheaper than the one in our hotel.
Definitely worth a visit.

Delicious warms sandwiches on a chilly day. Good service and plenty of seating. One complaint is how far out of the way it is for walking around dc. You might see it on Google maps as we did and think you can stop in, but it is nestled back into apartments/retail. If you are walking dc recommend just sticking with a closer food truck. If it's on your path, a great place to stop.

We decided to walk a little further from the National Mall to eat something more than a museum cafeteria or food cart. This was well worth the extra steps to enjoy some good sandwiches for lunch. I have to admit it was a little intimidating trying to figure out how things worked inside this busy shop. They really turn things around quickly and make sure you leave satisfied.

Quick service and very friendly workers. There's a nice variety of sandwiches to choose from. Each one is really good! The atmosphere is also very cool....a unique spin on the typical sandwich shop. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

I just wrapped up two days worth of meetings. We ordered online from Potbelly both days. And I'm talking big orders, upwards of 20 people. Everything came almost as ordered. Day one we were missing milkshakes and day two a soda. Within minutes tho I had the missing items. Every one of my people said how good the food was and how easy it was to get the food to our office. And it showed up within the time window.
I want to say thank you to everyone in this location for being awesome every day. Even when I don't have big orders and it is just my friends and me, everyone we encounter is friendly.
