Boutique beer garden, nice space and quick service. Unexpectedly walked in on a rainy Friday and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend it for having a beer in a more informal setting. The place is very nice, with wide industrial interior design. It’s located in a walkable neighborhood surrounded by relatively new buildings. Finally, it offers a wide variety of local beer, tasty American cuisine, many televisions to broadcast your favorite sports and you can order through your phone.

We stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner just 2 of us on a Saturday at 4:30. We were lucky to have a table open upstairs and sat immediately. They have QR codes at each table - you order and pay and tip all online. Each QR is unique to each table and the servers bring out the food. We ordered the pastrami sandwich with fries and the shredded pork sub tots. The food came out quickly and hot. The pastrami was great and so was the shredded pork. The tots were “weird “. I think they were fried squares of mashed potatoes. The place was bustling and full. The bathrooms needed attention.

We loved eating and drinking here! We ordered a bunch of beers to try and they were all so good. The food was all so good, and the tater tots are a MUST!! Best tater tots ever!! The place is really well done inside with lots of seating and with a good brewery aesthetic. Classic bar food like sandwichs, burgers, and an assortment of fried foods, all really high quality and delicious. They were playing a lot of sports games on the TVs and people were coming in to watch. You order from a QR code at the table which is super convenient and we got to order more food as we sat. Staff were very attentive and helpful. 4 pack beers are available to go. Definitely will be coming back!

Beautiful big taproom. Drinks were very good, and service was great. It was heavily leaning towards oktoberfest beers, which you'd expect for the time of year, but I'd have liked one or two more ipas to mix things up too.

This expansive brewpub and eatery features spacious two story indoor area as well as outdoor seating, fantastic food, full bar, amazing fresh brews, and great table service. Casual atmosphere with several well placed TVs to catch the latest game with your favorite beverage - this place is a new favorite for sure!

Stopped in Bluejacket for a couple beers, been here before. First review, but a pleasant location in S/E with cool outdoor seating and a great vibe. Appreciated their advertisement, support, and participation in Snalleygaster 2023. Stopped here the day before the festival and it did not disappoint. Keep up the solid brewing Bluejacket!

Food was great, services was even better. Our server a young man with glasses was amazing even though we came 10 mins before the kitchen closed treated us great. Food was delicious recommend the tater tots. Definitely going back again.

Visited on a Saturday after someone in the group raved about the tater tots. Walked in and was seated near the bar area. Requested waiter service instead of order by QR. I do agree that the tater tots were good. Pictured is the wings, pork belly sliders, and flatbread. I ordered something that I didn't find pleasurable, but replacing it with the Flatbread had my stomach is happy mode. Would return, but no immediate need.

Great place to grab a beer! Service was very attentive at the bar. I appreciate the variety of English beers. I had a cask ale and the ESB and really enjoyed both. Love the industrial history vibe.

This place is wonderful! The beer is fantastic! I recommend the El Honcho! The Italian Sandwich with the tots was delicious (get the ranch for dipping)! The steak and frites was alright but not worth it definitely get the sandwich! The atmosphere is perfect for a mid day drink and/or a relaxing evening in the Navy Yard! The Yard Park is less than a 5 minute walk away to spend the rest of your night or to work off some of those tots! If you are in Navy Yard this should be on your list!

Really nice spot right by the National's stadium. The burgers are great and they have a nice selection of microbrews. I liked the QR code for the menu and ordering process. It let's you customize exactly how you want so you know your meal is ordered and prepared right. You go ahead and pay at the same time along woth the tip which can be a problem if the food and service aren't great. My experience was great food and awesome service so no need to worry. The atmosphere is bar/pub like and feels very come and go as you are.

Really interesting beers, liked the option to try several in small tasters! The pub- style food was good as well. And they were flexible with ordering as the online didn't work for me and others from the group so we could do a mix (everyone paying for themselves). I recommend, didn't find better beers during my stay in DC. Nice industrial atmosphere too

Came here for a late lunch and ate indoors, nice space inside and outside. Brewery had their own beer options and food was good. Service was subpar and their ordering system is not ideal via QR. I have to agree with other reviewers that it felt like ordering carry out and getting it served to your table. We had part of order forgotten, so not great paying for bill and tip in advance.

Solid beer-friendly local favorite with internationally inspired dishes, one being the Bavarian chicken. This is a dish you want to eat to bulk, to share, or just to be a little piggy. Speaking of they have a number of items that warrants multiple visits, all to be enjoyed inside their factory-esque nifty interior or outside whilst soaking in the sun. This place is baller.

Stopped by for lunch on a quick trip to DC. I hadn’t been here since pre-pandemic. I was hoping that the beer was still creative and tasty and i wasn’t disappointed. I was glad that I could order small pours, so I could try a few. The menu is still extensive. I had no trouble with online ordering and everything came out quickly. I liked being able to get my order in the second I sat down.

Yes, slowly coming out of quarantine is good. I went to this spot. Keep in mind it's DC. Either you pay for parking or you drive around until you see a suitable spot on the street that you can slide into. Let's get to the atmosphere. The ambience is spectacular. The environment is surrounded by restaurants and a winery. It is also very close to the water. It would be a great idea to try various restaurants in that area, because they are all in walking distance. Bluejacket has outdoor seating which is good in this weather. I really enjoyed it outdoors. The food was great. It was not loaded in grease. It was very tasty. The tuna melt was great. The portion sizes are filling. The drinks are also good. I really think the best part of the experience other than the food is the ambience. That outside seating is just perfect. Please go and get started on some good food. There's an appetizer with some cheese and bread. I cannot remember the name but it's in my photos get that and try it. If it's a nice sunny day don't rush. If there is a wait you can walk around the area and enjoy the day and then come back when a table is ready.
