This was the highlight of our trip! We enjoyed their plant based brunch, where everything was vegan! The 8 course menu was extremely delicious! The red curry butternut soup was amazing as was the granola crusted French toast. The vegan cream and raspberry jam on it were so good! The spiced rum caramel cakes were also incredible. We look forward to seeing how the brunch menu changes in the spring!

Wow. Some of the best food I’ve had in DC since moving. Both the vegan tasting menu and the non-vegan tasting menu were sensational. Such interesting flavours cooked perfectly. And wonderful service, so friendly and kindly offered us candles and dessert wine for the birthday we were celebrating

First rate plant based options for this classy American style restaurant. Hard to believe they just opened. I enjoyed a conversation with the culinary master mind, and based on what I heard this will be a frequent stop on my travels to the city.

I love the over all experiences and food. Service was great and food didn’t take long to be served. Highly recommend it! I am vegan and they had great vegan options and the carrot coconut sorbets.

I came here with my coworkers during the Greenbuild conference last week. The ambience was lovely, the service was reasonably fast, and my company members and I had a wonderful experience. I appreciated the labels on the menu. I went with the Sesame Glazed Eggplant & Crispy Tofu (PB = plant-based) and had half of a Sicilian Pistachio Creme Brulee for dessert. Both were delicious in their own ways. I am normally not the biggest fan of eggplant, but the way they fried the chunks of it (same size as the tofu chunks, which was satisfying) made it delightful. It was like little crispy bursts of eggplant. The tofu was fried similarly and was equally yummy. The creme brulee was surprisingly light and refreshing; it even had the sugar crisp on top. Overall, I very much enjoyed visiting this establishment. I will be recommending it to anyone looking for a nice meal in DC.

We had a great vegan dinner here! Great service and ambiance. Their take on fried green tomatoes was yummy.

Overall it was a great dining experience. The restaurant wasn't overly loud and it had an intimate vibe. We felt secluded enough in our table. The service was a bit slow to start, we waited over 20 min just to get our drink orders in. But then it picked up and we got our 5 course sampler and it was great. Some of the best food I've had.

Enjoyed the vegan brunch! It was an 8 course prix fixe menu served family style. Ordered the mimosas and it was perfect. Wait staff was very nice and kept our drinks topped off, table clean and food came very fast. The ambiance is perfect. Small space so make reservations. Went while cold so outdoor dining was closed but it looked like a nice spot outside too. Parking is ok on the street.

Went here for one of my many birthday dinners. As a new vegetarian this place definitely had a menu with me in mind. I was stuffed when I left. We had the menu with five courses and enjoyed every single one of them. Amazing. Would definitely go again, don’t know the price because i didn’t pay. 😇
