Corbett's Cookie Bar Kitchen

The folks that run this place are very nice. Made me and my wife a special decaf. Had the vegan chip (yum) and a special award winning cookie bar. They called it there version of a Twix bar, but a Twix bar has nothing on this dessert. OMG, graham cracker crust with home made caramel and a chocolate top. According to the folks behind the cash register this cookie won an award and when you taste it you will understand why. Not overly sweet, like a delicate sweetness that comes through, hard to describe but you want to keep eating it. So save yourself the trouble and get 2 bars. Definitely going back for more.

Absolutely delicious! The Belgian Hot Chocolate was so rich & silky. My son enjoyed their version of the oreo & I had some kind of cheesecake swirl. It was amazing! The shop was very clean & the owners wore masks & gloves. I look forward to trying other cookie bars, but I'm craving that cheesecake swirl!

I came to the cookie bar for the first time today on my lunch break— and it was wonderful! The owners were very pleasant and I really enjoyed the variety of cookies that they recommended. Contrary to a review that mentions no masks or gloves; everyone was wearing both, including hair nets! Thanks for being so delicious— a dangerous new guilty pleasure! :)

Amazing cookiebars, excellent service, and awesome catering. Found them by accident a while back at a food truck festival while trying to find a dessert for my then-fiancee. She can't eat most sweets as she is sensitive to most types of sugar, especially overly processed kinds. We asked Cheryl about the ingredients and were pleasantly surprised at how little sugar (and she uses the good stuff) she needs to make amazing treats. We've been loyal customers ever since and when it was time to pick a dessert for our wedding, we knew exactly where to go. Our guests loved the cookiebars and we've had to tell most where we got them so they could get more!
