Worst experience ever. I ordered two simple steak sandwiches that were supposed to take 10 minutes. When I got the confirmation for the order it was changed to 45 minutes. As I cannot wait that long I contacted the restaurant and was told that is was busy and that I had to wait very rudely and dismissively. Then when I called the order service to get a refund I was told that I couldn't get a refund because "it was already being made". Hard to believe considering I was just told by an employee that it would take 45 minutes. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I like the subs here but probably won't be going back due to this horrible experience. And I lost $27.

Husband and I had a picnic lunch and decided to try some place we never ordered before. Subs do NOT disappoint!!! Delicious and so fresh and stacked my husband couldn't even finish 1/2. Will be back again!

This place is the best. I had an Italian grinder today that was perfection! The 3 gentlemen that were working are amazing! A delightful experience. The grill is broken but they get a new one in a week. Thank you!

I'm going to several Jersey Mike's but this is by far the worst I've ever been to the bread was hard the toppings were somewhat did not look refreshing and a couple pieces of my cheese were a little dry not moist would I recommend Jersey Mike's yes but not this location

Always love their subs. Staff seems to turn over quickly with the newest ownership, so there is often inconsistency in the build quality of the subs, and their ability to follow online order requests. Other than that, very solid choice for subs/grinders/hoagies.

One of the best franchise eateries I've ever been to (and I've lived coast to coast). From the quality of the food to the professionals they employ. I will NEVER go to any other chain sub shop again if I can help it!
