Qdoba Mexican Eats

We have been eating at qudoba since the opened. There were times we would go 3 times a week, so this is a review with every single visit in mind. I went vegetarian a while ago so I didnt go as much as my boyfriend, but with the new impossible vegan crumbles on the protein menu now I was so excited to start going again. I asked 3 different questions about the new impossible "meat" which were all about the price (whether it counted as vegetarian price listed on their menu bla bla bla). The only thing they said was that it was not part of the vegetarian price list. So my boyfriend got 3 tacos with the impossible meat (I exaggerate not at all, they out about half a metal scooper full, IF THAT!) and I got nothing. I usually only get a load of the sauteed onions and peppers on my bowl but once again, they didnt have any (this happens 7 out of 10 visits..) so I was going to get a quesadilla.. and again, like every single other time we go, they shut the machine off WAY before they close. So we get to paying and they charged him $14.. for 3 tacos. They did not say that the i.possible tacos were over $4 a piece!! For barely any meat. I'm disgusted and I can say their unprofessional, lazy, rude employees have lost that company 2 long time customers.

Sooooo bad! Thought I'd give it a shot, but should have held onto my money instead. Spent over $12 on a tasteless, cold burrito with three small chunks of "steak" hidden within the overabundance of lettuce. Taco Bell makes a better burrito! Don't bother with the "add fajita veg" option, or you're just gonna end up getting raw peppers thrown in that taste as if they weren't even rinsed off. I'm surprised they bothered to pull the stickers off the pepper before putting it in... unless I just got lucky, and someone else ended up with a mouth full of sticker.

I went with my girlfriend and our friend and the manager was quick to start our order but the female employee continued to do what she was doing and ignored us for some time. When she finally did take my order, a chicken quesadilla, she was so short and rude with me that I became frustrated to the point of not making sure I got the food the way I wanted it. She clearly did not want to be there and it rubbed off on me. I wont be going back.

Apparently they started Grubhub delivery.. And all they care about is to make delivery requests and in store guests need to wait. I waited for 20 mins before they started taking orders from the queue. There were 3 ppl in front of me and 2 left tired of waiting. I got an iced tea and the dispenser was empty. Upon asking server, he said it's gonna take forever to put a new pot can u take soda. Well.. If I wanted soda I would have ordered a soda.. Anyways.. If u like to wait in long queues and not get what u order, it's the place for you otherwise look elsewhere.
