The last time they forgot my donut, the time before that they forgot my hash brown and the time before that I ordered extra egg and extra cheese on a croissant and I got one egg with 2 slices of cheese. I don't understand how the manage to mess up this much. A few mess ups here and there are understandable but I don't eat here every day yet every time I do I always make sure to check and sure enough something is missing. Post Rd is better they also don't mess up my coffee every time I order

I use the app to order ahead most times, I also use their curbside feature because sometimes the drive thru line is so long, especially if I have to get to work. My coffee always tastes amazing and the employees are very friendly! One of my favorite Dunkin locations!

One of the worst Dunkin’s in warwick. Every time I’ve ever gone my drink is gross and not made correctly, and my food is cold and not cooked all the way. The only reason I continue to go here is because it’s right next door to my daughters dance studio. Highly suggest finding a different Dunkin to go to if you can.

Isyss read back my order which included everything but when I get to the window she gives me everything except my med chai latte iced. When I asked for the chai latte she says I did not order a chai latte. I then stated that she read back my whole order which included the chai latte iced. She then stated she did not read that to me. Instead of admitting to being she stated she will make it and charge me for it. I said no thank you. Besides getting my order wrong everything was very sloppy. I will not recommend this location at all.

There is a gentleman who works the window, he is an absolute delight. He has such positive words every time I get my coffee. What a wonderful person to work the window, he will uplift you on a bad day!

Very warm and friendly place with a great manager heather is really awesome she's a great coach and motivator to the great crew. I get alot of studying done here usually or work on my Facebook companies I am running and building. They always let me charge while working also. Food is always made great and the coffee is always perfect. One day I dropped something outside the staff even put it on the window outside and I was able to return to get it after close. Thanks Dunkin. Don't fall asleep in the cushiony chairs lol 😂

Second time I'm reviewing them.
AVOID AT ALL COST
Not sure if anyone that works there wants to or should be working there. I got a triangle bagel this morning. Every morning I go there they manage to mess some part of the order up... the dunkin on post road is worth the 2 min travel.
