Ordered in app. Items missing include chips and guacamole. Guacamole is the main calorie source for my ordered meal besides rice in the veggie bowl.
Employee refused to give her name but said she was the manager and said there was nothing she could do. She could not give a different protein for veggie bowl or a different side for the missing chips.
The employee only offered us the option to come back another day for the missing items we paid for already or go on the app for a refund. This does not resolve the issue when you need it to be resolved.
As far as the actual food, the white rice for some reason did not have cilantro mixed in even though the corn salsa did have cilantro. I don't think there was any lime flavor and it seemed it was just plain white rice given. The veggies also had a very bitter flavor that hasn't been present in prior orders.
My experience with this Chipotle was very poor. I do not feel Chipotle has held up to their end of the business transaction.

Very disappointed. I've been to Chipotle many times at other locations and never have I ever had such a small portion. My burrito bowl (pictured) wasn't completely filled and my husband's burrito was very small whereas every other experience I've had the portions have been enormous. Don't think I'll be back to this location.

Stopped in For a veggie bowl
Asked for white rice and there was a large piece of dried brown rice stuck together
Then the black beans were at the dredges of the pan so I asked for some from the pan that must be replacing it and was told there was no more ready! Yup we walked out without our food
This is the second time poor quality food was being served so we will not go to this location again ! Also dining are was dirty. Definitely poor management at this Chipotle

This picture doesn't really need a caption. Obviously I'm still hungry after eating this. And this hasn't been shaken up in travel or anything, they made this without the bat of an eye to look just like this, then charged me money.
I've had burrito bowls here that contained food which is why I'm giving three stars instead of one.

Top-2 Chipotle Meals.
Ordered through Postmates as the airport has no food in the terminal. This store had the food ready for the driver ASAP.
Food arrived and the Salsa was spicy and fresh. The rice was well-cooked. Meat was Hot, Tender and there was a ton of it. Queso wasn’t grainy and the Burrito was double wrapped well.
If this is your normal, then you’ll need to teach my normal store (the Original Chipotle location in Denver) how to do things. Well done!

The Worst Chipotle ever??
Where to begin…Don’t bother placing an Online order they most likely won’t have a few items. Don’t bother arriving on time to pickup your online order, it won’t be ready.
The restaurant is messy and understaffed.

Inconsistent is an understatement. When it's good it's great, but more often than not you will see several missing ingredients, or at times completely wrong ingredients. I have seen it all; No meat, just meat and rice with no toppings, less than half filled bowls, etc...it's bad. If you order ahead, check your order, you never know what you're going to get here.
