Texas Roadhouse

Got to the table, waitress was friendly but didn’t ask how our food was. Got our drinks and appetizer. Forgot bread until we asked. No straws were available which was fine. But then the bread is slightly burnt. And it went quick since there’s 4 people. She never came back and asked how the appetizer was or if we wanted more bread. Then we get our food an hour later, mashed potatoes had cold spots and the rice was mushy. The kids order hot dog and fries was fine but they used the rolls for the butter as hot dog rolls. Everything else was good though. Not very good and I always go to Dartmouth Texas Roadhouse and it’s always an amazing experience and I always tip 20% plus because its that good. Tonight was not expected from Texas Roadhosue.

Highly reccomend David as a server. He was upbeat, friendly, and catered to our needs of the table. The food came out in a timely manner, people were well mannered from when we stepped into the restaurant to when we left. The food was cooked to perfection, and David was very well versed in the menu options that were available. Sadly, no Hi-C which was listed on the menu but I can not hold that against them. I have nothing to sad badly about this place, even though it was a busy location we had no wait time for a party of four.

We came at a prime time, got our names in. They promised 10 minutes to call us, but was able to get us in 5 minutes. Food was a bit of a wait, but it's expected as they were crowded. The little bread rolls are dangerously addicted. Fun experience to see Birthday parties 🎉🥳🎁 celebrated with staffs singing. A little special attention now and then 😁😄

We used call ahead seating. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. Our waitress was amazing. The rolls were hot, our appetizers arrived extremely fast. We had a few drinks, also amazing and our food was delicious! It was everything we could have wanted for a special night out, without the kids.

I enjoyed it. we had the roadkill and the critter salad. their hot sweet bread was served to us as soon as we were seated. Waiter was very polite and attentive and kept checking on us throughout the entire meal to see if we needed anything.No complaints only ordered one soda. Bill came to $26 with tax included and not including the tip.

Placed a to-go order at 1214pm for a dozen rolls and a side of fries. The app said my order would be ready at 1241 but I got an email saying my order was ready about two mins after I ordered. I mean it’s rolls and fries. I got there about 1230 and order wasn’t ready. No problem. 1245 I respond to the to-go text and my order still wasn’t ready so I walked to the window where I was told my order needed about 5-10 more mins. Strange but okay. About 20 mins later I got my food. No thanks for your patience or anything. So I get in my car to check my order and my fries are 1. Burnt and 2. definitely not $2.99 worth of fries. So I go back and ask for hot fries. I get the new set of fries and get in my car and these were the same fries just either microwaved or put back in the fryer. By this point I was already late to an event so I kept them and left. I start eating the fries and they’re inedible. Definitely not worth the wait. I can understand being busy but this was a pretty basic order so not sure what the mix up was. Furthermore if you’re going to have someone waiting that long for food at least make sure it’s hot.

We had a delicious meal tonight and we both had the N.Y. Sirloin steaks and Robin had mashed potatoes and I had a oven cooked sweet potato and those steaks we each picked out ourselves and after if total $$$ it was well worth every penny and we cash tipped out sever Steven. Pretty good. So the me with a tall Sprite and I had a Monster Coors light, and it was about $60.00 minus the cash tip we gave the kid. Either way, EXCELLENT MEAL great for a Monday night and we don't have to do the dishes.
