Great customer service the sour cream donuts really need to have glazed and non glazed and to add a variety of the cake Donuts instead of just plain cake donut like chocolate or any other type of cake for the cake Donuts and the donuts are a little bit pricey for what they are that croissant ham cheese and bacon $4 for that little tiny thing that needs to be a little bit bigger compared to what it is like a regular croissant size not that small thing damn near two bites

Some of the employees here are super sweet! Especially Sean and the girls typically working night crew are very kind. Only reason for the stars missing is because I’ve gotten sick after drinking their drinks in the past, which is odd because I drink coffee at other places all the time with milk and it’s never a problem but here I always get horrible stomach pains. Not sure why, maybe I’m allergic to dunkin milk🤷🏻‍♀️ My friend always has a great experience however because she gets oat milk. Maybe they should rotate milks more often and make sure to not leave on counter in between servicing :) still usually a good stop, if you avoid milk

The drive through took 12 minutes for 3 cars, then when I ordered my dozen donuts I asked specifically for only chocolate glazed, original glazed, and sprinkles. No other flavor donuts. I pulled off before I realized because at this time I was now running late for work and when I got to work these are the donuts I had. Not what I asked for and I can not get the store on the phone to correct this.

It is 5:57 on Sunday night at a location that is supposed to close at 7:00. I can’t tell you how the food is or what the attitudes are like, but I can tell you that it’s annoying to promise a donut to your kid after a long drive just to find out they are closed more than an hour before they are supposed to be…and have been for awhile by the looks of it.
