Manhattan Pizza

The last 3 times we’ve ordered take out from here something has been omitted from the order, and 2 of those times have been delivery. We’ve been willing to give them another chance, as when we called about the orders the manager has been very apologetic. Tonight we were told it would be a minimum of 90 minutes to have the overlooked food delivered because there were “8 other orders to be delivered.” It never clicked with the employee that *you make the first order right then move on to the next*!! All the members of my family have worked in good service and know that this is basic. The food is still decent but the service has completely tanked and we will NOT order from here again.

If I could put no stars I would. I called for an delivery order. I ordered 2 steak n cheese meals from Manhattan. I was told by the guy on the phone that the order would be to me within 45 minutes. Well after an hour of no food, I called Manhattan back and asked the guy what was taking so long, I was told that he only had 1 driver. Another 1/2 hour goes past & still no food. My husband calls Manhattan pizza back and was once again told that there was only 1 driver!!! Then I get a call from the driver saying he can’t find my address(We’ve ordered from Manhattan numerous times before). Finally after an hour and 45 minutes, or food arrives. The steak and cheese subs are barely warm & they got the order wrong!!! So fast forwarded to today! I call Manhattan pizza to place an order and was told that they cannot deliver to this address! Awful horrible customer service! They were dead wrong but the customer gets punished for it!!! Awful business practice!!! Awful customer service! I spend my hard earned money just like anyone else!!! Manhattan pizza will no long get my business and I’m also going to advice family and friends to not waste their money at this place 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
